Experiencia incrível hotel muito bem localizado com café da manhã maravilhoso tudo muito limpo e organizado e funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos eu amei demais e voltarei !

Great location.

They are bad in treating customers I had to change my plan and they charge me whole amount instead of counting only the first night as they stated in the policy

All ok but bathroomsxare terrible with a separate toilet virtually in the room with zero privacy

So convenient location wise and amazing staff and stay as well as food, phenomenal views!

Nicely located, quiet, staff was friendly. Room was small and bathroom very average or below average. Room setup was very unconventional.

スタッフが全員親切でした。ホテル自体もきれいで特に問題は無かったです。朝食の選べるメニューが美味しく良かったです。 　ホテルの裏出口の真ん前にレンタキックボードがあり、ドバイモールまで行くのに便利でした。アリーチェックインやエキストラベッドも無料で入れてくれました。

Friendly staff, quiet surroundings, easy access to the mall. Missed a balcony, for the second time in our experience we were left with no hot water to be able to shower after being in the pool. Extremely inconvenient, even after the water had been restored we still had to ring down again to complain. There are definitely issues with the phone and receiving outside calls. The pool area is beautiful but always in the shade, which is ok but the water is also far too cold to be of comfort.

Great lication next to Dubai mall. Liked room but wished there was charging ports or outlets on both sides of bed. Made it very difficult fir partner to charge phone next to bed.

Ideally located, rooms are spacious, bed was massive, staff were really friendly and the breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel in a long time!

Die Lage ist top, die Betten sehr bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere der lifeguard am Pool, Mr. Liyanage, war immer äußerst freundlich und super aufmerksam. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel empfehlenswert und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

The rooms has no privacy ( shower, toilet/ bathtub) very inconvenient.
