Great small rooms

The bed is too soft. Pellows too soft. A/C makes a lot of noise

Had a great stay with the wife and kids. The room was simple, no-frills, but nice and clean and a decent size (for midtown Manhattan) with 2 queen beds. Both elevators were working just fine. It's a short walk from Penn Station if you take the train into the city. It's very close to the subway and bus stops with many food options within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Loud in hallway, easily heard in room. Bar and grille was closed, only open for breakfast. Lobby and elevators dated.

Was there for wwe summerslam and was very confident to get to metlife via NJ transit at Madison square garden

The location is very convenient with easy access to multiple subway lines. The staff is so friendly and kind. They offer free coffee and paid breakfast in the dining hall every morning. We liked bagels from nearby places (delis, bagel places, coffee shops). You're also very close to Korean Town, which offers very good Korean BBQ.

Séjour en famille à 4 Chambres correctes dans un quartier bien situé, ni trop près ni trop loin de Times Square, et proche des métros (lignes jaunes et rouges) Quartier des fleuristes, on traverse les étals de fleurs et de plantes tous les jours Personnel très accueillant à la réception comme pour le petit déjeuner Nous avons gentiment été placés au 23 ème étage vue sur les buildings pour notre première fois à New York Petit bémol : le bruit de la clim ! Mais on marche tellement à New York qu'on s'endort quand même !

Had a great stay at the Hilton , clean and staff was very attentive. Would definitely come back on my next trip

Le matelas était un peu trop mou à mon goût, et on s’est retrouvé à cours de papier toilette le dernier soir (mais j’emmène toujours un rouleau 😉). La clim très bruyante dans la chambre et la moquette un peu sale. Mais tout de même un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, réservé avec petit déjeuner (très pratique), proposé avec des fruits, des céréales, café, thé, jus d’orange… Tout le nécessaire pour bien démarrer la journée. L’hôtel est très bien placé pour prendre les transports et même pour certaines visites de buildings à pied. Le personnel de l’hôtel était sympathique, d’ailleurs je leur lègue mon grand parapluie transparent « I love NY », oublié dans le hall de l’hôtel dans la précipitation à l’arrivée du chauffeur nous emmenant à l’aéroport.

Stayed for a week, we are family of four. Hotel room allocated for us was excellent with good big space, microwave and coffee maker and plus factor of good size refrigerator. Reception service was good and friendly. The only downside was the cleaning services. Our room bathroom and beds were made but the carpet/floor was not properly cleaned. I tested to leave a small suze trash under the table, wasnt cleaned for 2 days, it was only cleaned when I requested again for cleaning. Cleaners dont even smile and talk. They also dont check/change the shower gels/shampoo&conditioner. Otherwise, overall the hotel is very good. Location is excellent.

It was a good stay. Initially, we were given a room that is a bit old, but its ok. The problem was the door at the bathroom was not closing. Complained to reception and we were allocated a new bigger room whoch is excellent. This is our second time in Hilton Garden and It is always good. The only thing is the cleaner does not clean the room well, the floor/carpet is always dirty although the cleaner said she cleaned it. They dont check/refil the shower gel/shampoo, you have to look for them and ask for it. But overall, the service in the reception was good and the hotel rooms are bigger.

The people were very friendly and helpful, but the rooms were just ok. Plenty of towels but the kids complained about their bed smelling like smoke. Could use some updating but decent room for being a 10 min walk to MSG.

Déçue ! Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel qui n’a pas respecté ma demande d une belle vue. Le ménage quotidien était succinct. L’emplacement est bien et il y a plein d autres hôtels dans cette rue !! Je vous conseille de prendre un autre hôtel dans cette 28th street.

It has a great location, close to several subway stations that make it easy to get around New York City. It’s also within walking distance (about 10–15 minutes) of several interesting landmarks, such as the Empire State Building. The beds were cozy and comfortable—perfect for a good rest after a long day of walking. There were several lunch & dinner options near the hotel as well. The rooms were clean, and the hotel restaurant offered a variety of breakfast choices. I really don’t have any negative points about this hotel. The staff was very friendly, especially the restaurant staff like Alma and the other waiter (sorry, I forgot his name). If I get the chance to return to New York, this hotel would definitely be a great option. Several lunch options near from the hotel too. Clean bedrooms. several options to breakfast in the restaurant. I really don't have a negative point for this hotel.
