Excellent accomodation with helpful and friendly staff. One lift was out of order for the last two days of our stay. Sauna was also not working. Great breakfast with pleasant and attentive staff. Overall pleased with our stay, will be happy to return here in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The hotel is in a very central location, making it really convenient for getting around, and it is only a few minutes’ walk from the bus station. The Grill House is excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choice. I was told that the spa is excellent as well, although sadly I didn’t get the chance to use it during my stay. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location and rooms are comfortable if a little dated. We had some issues and had to be moved, staff was excellent. Extremely helpful and polite. Always doing what they could. We’d stay again.

Superb location and the best hotel in St Helier. Brilliant facilities and a great team who really looked after us all. From reception, room servicing, the breakfast team to the bar team. Love the bar! Brilliant breakfast!

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Our room was comfortable but looked a little tired. Only there for a couple of days though so not much of an issue. The spa is lovely and a good range of bars and restaurants.

We had a wonderful week. The staff were, without exception, always cheerful very helpful and obliging. The spa area was fantastic, I had a lovely massage! The location of the hotel is second to none - the bus station just around the corner. Unfortunately the price of drinks and food in the hotel was prohibitive even dearer than other restaurants in St Helier.

We enjoyed our week long stay this July at The Royal Yacht. We booked a Gold double. The room was good although we had trouble getting the temperature right, it tended to be cold and every time you left the room the temperature reverted to standard which we found chilly. The breakfast was very good, the food nice and hot tailor made eggs and a brilliant cup of tea, however, the addition of bread and rolls would make it even better. The staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. The lifts super quick. We had a balcony overlooking the Museum, I would not recommend being on this side of the hotel as there was a great deal of noise from the museum cafe and Yard bar, parties three nights on the trot and a lot of hubbub on other evenings. Not that we expected pure peace and tranquillity in the centre of St Helier but it did stop us using the balcony as much as we would have liked to. Plus watch out for Seagull marauders!

Udmærket hotel - OK værelse. Menuen i morgenmadsbuffeten kunne godt være lidt mere "continental". Der er meget larm i baren om aftenen fredag/lørdag - umuligt at sidde i fred og ro med en drink. Super beliggenhed og nemt at komme til/fra.

Hotel in a good location adjacent to Liberty Wharf. Good check in process and reception staff very helpful throughout my stay. Pool area very nice. Breakfast was good with all the usual options, eggs in any format being cooked on request. Restaurant was very noisy in the evenings but this is a personal preference as to whether you want an evening with a lively atmosphere or a quiet and relaxed experience. Room was fine but not the luxury I had expected. Carport old, worn and stained. No safe in the room. Good to have a bath as well as separate shower. Bed comfortable.

Great stay at the Royal yacht. Breakfast, pool and location all very good. There is no on-site parking, however only a short walk to a public car park.
