Die Unterkunft und das Personal war super. Das Frühstück war zwar immer gleich aber hat gut geschmeckt. Die Lage war sehr gut man konnte in wenigen Minuten den Strand erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder nehmen.

Allgemein sind wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Leider hatten wir in unserem Zimmer (Junior Suite) mehrfach Probleme mit Käfern/Insekten. Sie waren sowohl im Zimmer selbst als auch im Bad. Als wir das Hotel darauf hingewiesen haben haben sie sich sehr professionell verhalten. Die Aussage war, dass dies bisher noch nicht vorgekommen sei. Trotz allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben besonders das Frühstück auf der Dachterasse sehr genossen.

Fabuloys stay, all the staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The location is perfect. Wpuld recommend.

We had an absolutely lovely stay of 4 nights. One of the best hotels we have been to in awhile. All the staff were friendly from the reception to the cleaning staff to those serving on the rooftop bar. The room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning worked well. Our room was cleaned and tidied daily. I liked that they didn't replace all our towels every day, many places do that now and I find it so wasteful, so well done to this hotel! The rooftop was a lovely area. We had a drink there on our first night, and then breakfast every morning with the amazing views. WiFi mostly worked, sometimes didn't work on our phones but probably due to 'peak times' with everyone back at the hotel. The hotel was great value for money, and was situated just off the front so 5 mins walk to the promenade, 10 mins to the marina. Lots of bars, restaurants etc nearby. Really helpful when we needed water late one evening. Upon check out we received a little fridge magnet to remember our time here. A charming hotel. We really would recommend!

På plussidan får nämnas takterrassen och sängarna. På minussidan ligger smutsigt under säng och att varmvatten inte alltid fanns. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

The hotel was OK. Our room smelled tons of perfume when we checked in. It was also quite noisy between the rooms and between floors. Especially now when they opened their rooftop bar (which was very nice though). Breakfast was OK. The staff was wonderful! Close to the water.

L’hôtel est très bien placer entre la ville et la mer , mais les finitions de l’appartement ne sont pas terrible , bidet boucher , chasse d’eau qui a couler toute la nuit , déjeuner complet , et terrasse avec gros vis à vis , honnêtement très moyen comme hôtel

A parte il tempo atmosferico non proprio piacevole a Chiavari il primo giorno, mia moglie ed io abbiamo gironzolato tra Chiavari e Lavagna e Sestri Levante. Passeggiate tranquille con già un mucchio di vacanzieri. Cena sul lungomare di Chiavari da Mamas.

A really Nice Hotel in a great city with friendly staff

By far the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever had. We had a great experience here. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are willing to help with whatever you need. The hotel also lets you rent a bike for free which you can use if you need to get around or for a little ride. I loved this hotel and would highly recommend for anyone else.

Helt fantastiskt. Snäll, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Perfekt läge. 4 minuters promenad till stranden. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter via hotellet. Staden supermysig. 5 minuters till tågstation och 4 minuter till gamla stan. Frukosten helt ok. Bra AC och fräscha rum. Kan starkt rekommendera hotellet
