Great hotel with high standard. Our room was very spacious and clean. The pool area was as well very clean and it was fun to swim. Really great breakfast and very convenient garage.

The front desk was incredibly friendly and understanding (having a child with special needs that was very appreciated). Really outsanding. The breakfast was super good and atmosphere as well. Swimming pools took a lot of our time :) - warm and very nice!

Leider das Frühstück nicht so gut ,das Buffet war nicht frisch , die Speisen bescheiden von der Qualität. Kein abgepacktes Joghurt … nicht hygienisch. Schade

Dear Team, I just wanted to say how wonderful my stay at your hotel was. Everything was absolutely perfect — from the comfortable rooms to the excellent service provided by your staff. The location was ideal, close to everything in Poznań, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. I was especially impressed by the breakfast table. It was fabulous, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from every morning. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. I look forward to coming back the next time I visit Poznań! Pool, spa, bar ❤️

Havde booket en Executive-suite i forbindelse med forretningsrejse. Værelset var gammelt og slidt og mange tekniske installationer var udtjente eller defekte. Herunder faldt toiletsædet af og kunne ikke repareres på de 4 døgn jeg boede på hotellet. Aircondition blæste direkte ned i sengen. Luften var yderst kold fordi den forsøgte at nedkøle hele suiten. Blæse-luften blev målt til 10-15 grader når rum temperaturen blev sat til 22-23 grader. Internet er sløvt og ikke 2025 standard og bestemt ikke godt nok til business brug og streaming. TV var gammelt og understøttede ikke moderne streaming eller online opkobling eller andre opkoblings metoder. TV viser kun polsk eller enkelte tyske eller franske kanaler. Lofter, gulve og møbler er meget slidte og værelset minder meget om noget man forventede for 15-20 år siden. Hotellet er en del af en stor kontorbygning. Kontor-delen var under ombygning lige oven på Executive området. Det betyd at der blev hamret og boret fra 6:30 om morgenen til kl. 21:00 om aftenen alle dage. Morgenmad var en super oplevelse og pool området er rigtig fint. Executive lounge med gratis kaffe, sodavand og kage er en rigtig fin løsning, men blev desværre også brugt af familier med småbørn som holdt "legestue" i lounge området, hvilket ikke er tilfredsstillende når man skal benytte Executive lounge som arbejdsområde. Receptionen tog ikke telefonen når man ringede for room service. Parkering er rigtig fin men prisen er relativt høj (€16 pr. nat)

Very enjoyable stay with our two children. Hotel was clean with friendly staff. Breakfast selection was excellent. Room was spacious and ideal apart from the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. Only downside was the pool was closed for our stay and that was the main draw of staying here. Would happily come back again though

The hotel is old and requires a major renovation. The hotel does not meet the requirements for a 4-star hotel. The bathroom is dirty, full of moisture, which is why the wallpaper is peeling off the walls. There are no bathrobes or flip-flops in the room - these, according to the reception, can be rented in the spa area, but I was unable to do so. Service at a very low level. Inadequate price-quality ratio. There are many better and cheaper hotels in the area. I do not recommend.

High quality hotel near to the town centre with a great spa. Nice room though the plug sockets on one wall didn't work at all, including the one for the tv. That and the lack of plug socket for the hairdryer on the bathroom were the only negatives

I have been visiting Andersia for many years. Sad to see that the maintenance of the hotel is lacking, it looks more and more worn out. Carpet that needs to be changed, shower not working properly, several lamps in the room not working etc Staff is still very nice and helpful👍

Overall it was a Nice stay . Kind staff and good service. The hotel started to look a little bit older but the room is clean and nice. One thing to improve - the pillows are not comfortable and need to be changed .

Spent a week here, great hotel. Modern, clean and near downtown attractions.

Andersia is always good, but I had some problem/difficulties with the parking in the garage.

Buena habitación, cama muy cómoda y baño perfecto. Spa incluído (piscina, jacuzzi y sauna). A 15 minutos caminando de la plaza del ayuntamiento.
