Excelente ubicación

Very convenient place

If I ever come back I would stay here again the staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast was really good also the area was in a good location a lot stores and restaurants, 10 min walk to the Angel de la independencia.

Breakfast was excellent and was easy to walk around.

My suite was not ready when I arrived and was told it wouldn't be ready for another day, so I was placed in a standard room. I was given a bottle of water and a pack of nuts as an apology. Upon arrival to the standard room, the room didn't have a shower curtain or an iron. So, I wondering do I get some sort of partial credit or refund for not being able to get the room I paid for for an entire day?

Es la tercera vez que me hospedo en este hotel y es uno de mis favoritos, habitación muy confortable 10/10

Solicité un early check in y al llegar la recepcionista en lugar de mostrar empatía y desde ahí explicar las políticas del hotel y ofrecer una solución inmediatamente nos dijo que hasta las 3pm. Llegamos a las 6am y desde esa hora hasta las 10am nos tuvieron acostados en el Lobby del hotel. No fue hasta que llegó el jefe de recepción que la cosa cambió pero el daño ya estaba hecho.

Todo el personal muy amable, las habitaciones limpias y comodas. Y EL DESYAUNO estaba muy rico. Lo recomiendo

Aunque un poco difícil de ubicar porque el letrero de la calle no se distingue mucho, el personal muy amable y la habitación excelente.
