Buen hotel, excelente invocación a minutos del aeropuerto y algo que también me gustó es que cuentan con el servicio de estacionamiento y puedes dejar tu carro durante el tiempo que dura tu viaje

It was very disappointing, the hotel promotes false advertisement, I got a room with a double queen bed and when I was at the reception doing the check in the front desk lady told me that the rooms have a individual bed not queen, that none of the rooms have double queen beds. Also the rooms are extremely small, it was hard to move around the room. The smell of the unit was disgusting

Bien servicio en el hotel y la facilidad de que está muy cerca del aeropuerto.

Solo estuve 3horas en el hotel por una reprogramación de mi vuelo pero al menos pude descansar algo antes de tomar el próximo vuelo y el servicio de taxi al aeropuerto funcionó bastante bien

Tuvimos dos cambios de habitación (3 habitaciones en total) y ninguna cumplía con la insignia de calidad y limpieza que marca un letrero en recepción. Habitación 1, un olor insoportable, habitación 2, con restos de comida seca, habitación 3, sin barrer sucia por el piso incluso moscas muertas, olor muy fuerte a cigarro en el baño. Nuestra estancia fue corta solo 6 horas para dormir, pero el estado de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear. La atención del personal de recepción, muy amables.

Muy buena atencion, el shuttle puntual y amable

Nos quedo el telefono en el shuttle y los solucionaron y llevaron el telefono de regreso rapido. We left a phone in the hotel's shuttle to the airport and the staff quickly resolved the problem and brought the phone to us.

I have never written a review that is bad. But if you are not traveling alone, spend a few more dollars elsewhere. The hotel rooms are super tiny barely fit our luggage, the elevator keeps closing on you, the “double” beds are not double, there was no way to contact reception as there is no phone nor chat qr available in the room, we called multiple times from our phone to request a pillow and no one answered… etc etc Just not a good experience

Didn’t like that my rooms 218 & 219 had A/C problems. Asked the reception lady to send someone to check it and she agreed. The A/C technician never arrived. Slept in a hot room….
