Fantastic and helpful staff! The facilities, rooms, and surrounding area show clear signs of wear and tear and would benefit from refurbishment. The gym facilities should have been upgraded a long time ago. Only one treadmill was working, and about half of the dumbbells were missing. Again, the staff made all the difference!

The gardens were very beautiful but the property was a bit dated and needing updated. The food was also very similar day in and day out.

The resort location is ideal, right on the beach. Small enought to walk. The resort is bit run down, rooms need some reno, although very clean. No shampoo or conditioner, but oddly q-tips, dental and shaving kits were provided. Food is everage, not much variety. Staff is excellent, very attentive. Enjoyed my stay

Sehr schlechte Küche, kaum Auswahl von der so breit aufgestellten türkischen Küche. Frühstück war am schlimmsten. Die Babystühle werden zudem ohne zu säubern mit Folie überzogen, somit hat es den Anschein.

Good All-inclusive hotel overall , the food was various but tasteless, no choice in non-alcoholic drinks, difficult to find free sunbed as people reserve them early even if they will not use them…

It was an amazing stay, had a lot of fun!

Nice trip with my wife. We stayed here for 5 nights in the end of our 2,5 weeks holiday. Hotel grounds are awesome as are most of the staff, Food is good and plentiful. If I have to find some negatives then it would be that sometimes in the main restaurant many of the aircons were not on. And the hotel has a central aircon and it felt that for some reason during the nights it had a hard time keeping the room cool.
