Amazing outdoor Nordic spa. Renovated bathroom — greatly appreciate the instruction card to operate the shower! Well equipped king suite with kitchenette, sofa bed and Murphy bed. Clean indoor swim pool. Definitely a place to disconnect, relax and refresh.

The room was beautiful and the outdoor hot tubs were amazing. Overall a beautiful stay at a fairly reasonable price.

Loved my stay! Onlyyyyy thing is that the outside hallway door outside of room 2232 makes a loud noise when shut. With that said the neurospa bed made it extremely easy for me to fall asleep! Would recommend any day!

Nice mountain view and good location, but the overall experience was disappointing. There was an issue with our reservation, and the room was much smaller than expected. The listing also did not have enough photos, so it was hard to know exactly what we were booking. Service was mediocre, as the front desk could not do much without manager approval and management was not very helpful. We asked for a slightly later checkout as compensation, but they would only offer it for an extra fee. Be sure to confirm the exact room details and any additional charges before booking.

La chambre était très bien. Elle était très propre. On se serait attendu à une salle de bain plus moderne, avec une douche à part du bain. C'est peut-être normal, étant donné la nature familiale de l'hôtel. La nourriture à la salle à manger mériterait d'être améliorée substantiellement. On a pris une formule de grillades diverses. La nourriture était tiède et pas chaude et, en plus, plusieurs grillades étaient sèches après la cuisson. J'aurais aimé que la piscine intérieure soit un peu plus chaude.
