Communication at the time of check-in was Neal. I had to ask all the questions they didn’t tell me anything not enough luggage cards. The parking for the valet was no room at all. They just need more room for valet when you pull into unload your luggage and the rooms need updated severely bad

Very loud in our room. Construction started in early morning right outside our window. Hallways were noisy. Staff wasn’t friendly and very unwelcoming. Very clean hotel and room. Breakfast was mediocre.

Rooms are very large and updated. it’s great to find a hotel with 2 king beds! The breakfast had impressive offerings. The lobby had coffee available at all times. The location is great - a short walk to Broadway. I will seek to stay here every time I’m in town.

We loved the location close to Broadway and all of the sites that Nashville offers. The staff at check in were very friendly. Rooms need safes. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where a safe was not offered.

Construction made it tight for driving in and out.

Has no self parking option, only parking is valet at a steep rate! I luckily had booked a “park & stay” option so I didn’t have to pay extra at checkout.

Clean. Well maintained. Staff was pleasant.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The room was clean and I loved the amount of towels they had in the room! We didn’t need to ask for extra!

Jackie, who works for the hotel, is incredible. Check-in was so smooth! The hotel is in a great location with all Nashville activities in walking distance. This was perfect for a concert at the amphitheater

I don’t want to write anything. If I knew this was required, I would not have started to write this review.

Check in was super easy, rooms need updating, buffet breakfast had enough items but was not very hot or replenished quickly.
