Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan Hotel Silken Gran Teatro Burgos

The room was very warm. The ventilation did not work. We had a room facing to the atrium inside of the hotel. It was lots of noise the whole night from the elevator. We tried to open window to get some air, but then the noises was louder so we had to close it. The location of the hotel is perfect but we would not stay here again due to the things mentioned above.

We booked for 2 nights and had a very Clean large room with Comfortable bed. Unfortunately our room opened to a courtyard with no direct sunlight or fresh air. The air conditioner was only blowing heat and we had to open our door to the hallway to cool our room. Terrible layout. Added benefit of a banging noise 24/7 in the courtyard which we could hear even with the window closed. Not worth the money!!!

The property was lovely but the bar tender was extremely rude. He acted like it was a burden that we entered and asked to order drinks. He had a personal friend sitting at the bar visiting with him and all he did was talk to his friend. He never once passed by the table to see if we wanted another round. We had to approach the bar to request the bill. This was the worst service I ever received in my life. This hotel would have easily been 4 or 5 star rating based on the location and rooms but this bar tender was a zero making it impossible for my to feel good about or ever want to return to this property. Horrible Horrible service.

El suelo estaba muy sucio, lleno de polvo. La cama y almohada incómoda

Solamente una pega a mi gusto es que toda la iluminación es con luz fría menos los dos pequeños focos orientables en la cabecera de la cama. Por todo lo demás muy bien

Big room and quiet. Location centrally and available parking. Very good breakfast.

A four star hotel that does not have a bar open due to private events is not a four star hotel. No notification of bar closure, when I had organized as a meeting place for 9 guests is simply not acceptable. The hotel is becoming tired and the bathrooms need renovating. Not worth the money.

I would have given the hotel at least 4 stars however, for the first time ever, anywhere, they could not get me a cup of coffee in the morning. I did not book breakfast and the restaurant was full. However they could not even make me a takeaway coffee and told me I would have to go to an outside cafe.

This is close to the river and points of interest. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is perfectly positioned for accessing the city and all its attractions. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A slight negative for the room is the sound insulation between other rooms. We did here noise from adjacent rooms which is not a big thing but something to be aware of. The car park is a typical city centre car park - underground and tight for space - but it is satisfactory and welcome. We would stay here again and we would recommend the hotel. The staff were very helpful in every way.
