The staff is amazing they show up to fix your problem when you call when a lot of hotels will give you the runaround. They helped us find a large cab to the airport at a decent price. They also sent a very lovely older gentleman to fix the tv at one of our rooms right away. They gave me a very nice crib for my baby in my room as well. The bathroom was very clean and we had a tub. The TV had a ton of variety as well. I wish we had stayed here the week we stayed in Rome at the beginning of our trip instead of the other hotel. Oh well, there’s always next time.

I wish front desk is more professional and help full. When asked for napkins they suggested to go outside and buy from a store. They didn’t even bother to call restaurant or room service.

Everything was really nice. The breakfast was fresh and abundant. The staff was always smiling and kind! The room was clean. The lobby is very stylish and clean. :D

Thank you so much for a fabulous short stay. Staff were fantastic prior to our stay with organising a driver to collect us from the airport, that worked perfectly. Reception staff could not have been friendlier and put up with our awful Italian and spoke perfect English to us. Nothing was too much effort and they were so helpful. We would definitely stay again, thank you so much.

The entire stay was incredible. Staff were amazing, rooms were huge and clean. Breakfast was also great with several options and fresh food. Absolutely no complaints here.

Le service est l’hôtel étaient parfaits ! accueillants chaleureux propres… tout était génial. notre chambre était très spacieuse nous étions 3 et pas du tout à l’étroit avec un lit double et un canapé lit (donc deux lits doubles) seul bémol : un peu loin du centre. mais honnêtement c’est négligeable étant donné qu’il y a plusieurs transports à proximité.

Hotel vicino all’ufficio dove lavoro quindi per me una posizione molto comoda, inoltre dista solo 20 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro Basilica di San Paolo, ed è collegato con gli autobus. Personale cordiale, gentile e super disponibile. La stanza era pulita e accogliente. Comprendeva tutto il necessario per la cura personale, oltre ai saponi e creme per il corpo, e ad un set completo di asciugamani erano comprese le ciabatte, e tutti i kit per l’igiene personale quali: spazzolino e dentifricio, dischetti di ovatta e cotton fioc, cuffia per i capelli e addirittura un rasoio. Inoltre era inclusa la colazione a buffet dove si può trovare sia una colazione dolce sia salata, in base alle proprie preferenze.
