Smelled like cigs. Loud music from cars outside at 2am. The quality of the room was sub par

What was unique? About the property there were no one standing around begging for money cigarettes it was wonderful to come back and not see that and what was great about my stay. The housekeepers are wonderful and they’re always on time. I love it.

Close to Chippenham hospital so I stayed here while a family member was in the hospital. There was some yelling outside on my first night and someone knocked on my door a few times in the middle of the night which freaked me out but I ignored it. Overall, place was clean and quiet (aside from the first night) and worked out nicely.

Horrible place to stay!!! When i got there there was still someone's rag hanging from the shower curtain. My key didn't work and the front desk person made me seem as if i wasn't whom i said i was and tried to make me show i.d. to get back into my room.

Good location

The day we arrived, There was a drug deal going down in the parking lot, when we entered the parking lot. There was a woman checking in who was short to pay.The hotel clerk made her go find money to check in, she was paying cash. The front desk had bullet proof glass covering the front desk, it was damaged. There was a homeless person panhandling in the parking lot. We came from St. Louis, MO. for the weekend on business. Tried to cancel, the hotel would not cancel and charged me for the room anyway. The hotel blamed Expedia. Expedia blamed the hotel. Both stating the other had to cancel. When Expedia called the hotel, the front desk clerk hung up. I was in the lobby watching. I would highly recommend that you keep searching, if you are in need of a room.

Well run motel with clean modern rooms. Convenient location with some good restaurants nearby. Enjoyed my stay.

Relative experiences a restful comforting stay.

The motel is older and the building and neighborhood look run down. There was a club next door whose music was loud but it didn't bother me much inside the room. The room was neat and the bed was comfortable even though the furniture was older and basic. No shampoo was provided, just soap. You could buy shampoo at the desk. The staff were polite. I chose this hotel for the price and the basically positive reviews. A sign in the office said there is a stay limit of 4 nights

Where do I begin? The only thing the clerk knew how to say was, “ID, please” no matter what I said. The exterior grounds had garbage everywhere I looked. Checked in at 3:00 and went to the room and it was just beginning to be cleaned and we couldn’t go in for at least 30 minutes. We left for our event and had to take our things with us that we needed to put in the room. BRING EVERYTHING YOU NEED!!! You get a bed, a thin blanket over a thin sheet, pillows with cases that are too small, a small bath towel, a washcloth, a 1” piece of soap and toilet paper. That is it. If you needed anything (toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, etc.), each travel size item is $4. The room looked clean but once in bed, there was an undistinguishable disgusting smell. The bed was hard af. The constant noise (music from a nearby business) went late into the night. Needless to say that I didn’t sleep very well. I am exhausted. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The hotel room itself was clean, but the exterior was not well-maintained, and loud music played throughout the night from somewhere on the property.

Was a non smoking room, but clearly smoking had gone on, even bed spread had burn holes. But orice was good. So i knew what to e pect, staff was super kind

The check in process was quick. The TV settings were all Spanish (could not trouble shoot since I speak English). The room cleanliness was acceptable, but not spic and span. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Check -in clerk was rude, no greeting, just " what do you want?". Really?

It was clean with plenty of towels and hot water. Great mattress. Didn't have a coffee maker but was available in lobby. What more can you ask when it's less than 100 a night
