Hotel is centrally located, bedrooms are basic but clean and quiet, front desk was very professional and helpful. they served a complementary breakfast, and helped us with local tours options to the falls to both sides, Argentina and Brazil, definitely very recommended for a budget trip

El cuarto se ve mejor en fotos, el aire acondicionado sonaba mucho y no dejaba dormir, en general no daba aspecto la habitación, pero su personal es excelente!! Son muy atentos, se preocupan por los huéspedes y muy amables.

Todo bien. Las chicas de recepción y el guardia de seguridad que se queda en la noche son muy amables.

Very good hotel at an excellent location. Kiara and Rocio are excellent receptionists. Our big room was very comfortable and was cleaned every day. The only problem was that Internet was too slow. My wife and I were very happy and will be back at this hotel in the near future.

Ubicación y tamaño de la habitación.

Apartamento super espaçoso e confortável! Só senti falta de um edredom, só tinha mantinha disponível. A chaleira não funcionou, mas o frigobar e o microondas funcionaram bem. As tomadas tb eram boas, nem precisou de adaptador. Ficamos 1 dia sem energia elétrica, tivemos que descer 12 andares de escada kkk sorte que não foi no dia de check in ou check out e ter que fazer isso com malas. Lá não tem café da manhã e nem ofereceram nenhuma opção de café da manhã. O apartamento tem utensílios, mas não tem nada de consumo básico como sal e açúcar. Localização mto boa! Apesar de estar em uma avenida movimentada a acústica é ótima e o quarto fica bem silencioso.

A equipe muito e quarto confortável

I had a studio apartment on the top floor with a long balcony overlooking Callao Street. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished though a small coffee table and more comfortable lounge chairs would have improved this. I spent 8 nights here. The one downside is that the laundry room backs on to this unit and can be heard throughout the middle of the night. Take ear plugs. I'm not sure what the towel policy is. Initially they were replaced and bed made, then last few days this didn't occur. There is one staff member rostered at front desk downstairs who are friendly but some have limited English (use translator). The location is superb and despite the couple of negatives it was good value.
