Having used Dedeman hotels for over 25 years I was surprised that the food service had been subcontracted to a firm with no menus, no pricing policy, demanding cash at time of service. Food quality was terrible and only slightly improved with a complaint to the General Manager.
Room AC not working - room was changed but inconvenient
This will be the last time I use a Dedeman hotel anywhere which is a shame after such long good service
