Functional, but lacking attention and service. Small things make a telling difference. Booking for 4, only 2 towels and 3 bottles of water on arrival. Air conditioning not working correctly. Body wash and shampoo in shower empty / not refilled. Very few chairs/beds by the pool. Had to chase for more most days. On the plus side, room service was good. Breakfast buffet with plenty of selection. Effort made with World Cup football theming for atmosphere.

La tarifa estaba elevada por el evento del mundial de fútbol. Sin embargo encontramos una habitación con las jaboneras del baño vacías, con las instalaciones con necesidad de mantenimiento (algunas luces no encendían), no había servicio a la habitación a pesar de que se ofrecía en la papelería que dejan sobre el buró.
