We stayed one night on a very quiet Sunday and it was a below average Experience I would go further down the coast to a more central location where the staff are traditionally more lively

Dieses Luxus Strandresort hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir wohnten in einem Deluxe-Doppelzimmer mit direktem Meerblick über die gesamte Poollandschaft und den weitläufigen tropischen Garten hinweg. Das Zimmer war richtig geräumig, mit modernstem Schnick Schnack ausgestattet und die Inneneinrichtung (sowohl im Zimmer als auch im gesamten Hotel) ist so moderne Kunst-mäßig. Das Badezimmer war ein Traum und der große, möblierte Balkon cool. Der 24-Stunden-Zimmerservice war ein großes Plus. Die Außengestaltung erinnert an eine orientalische Oase in Terrakotta. Das Resort ist riesig und verfügt über einen prächtigen tropischen Garten mit kleinen Teichen, einem Bach und kleinen Wasserfällen mit süßen Schildkröten und bunte Fischen. Es gibt mehrere Pools unter vielen Palmen, diverse Restaurants, Bars, ein Amphitheater, eine Diskothek, einen Pub, einen Tennisplatz und ein großes Spa. Der direkte Zugang zum feinsandigen Sandstrand ist ebenfalls gut. Das Parken ist dank der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage und zahlreicher öffentlicher Parkplätze direkt neben dem Hotel easy peasy. Das Personal war absolut hervorragend. Der Rezeptionist sprach mehrere Sprachen, das Reinigungsteam arbeitete gründlich und schnell, der Abendservice war exzellent und die Servicekräfte beim Frühstück und Abendessen waren super. Sonderwünsche, wie beispielsweise ein von mir gewünschter Blumenstrauß, wurden vom Gästebetreuer perfekt arrangiert und überreicht. Ganz toll.

Sono diversi anni che facciamo una vacanza presso il Royal Hideway e ci troviamo sempre benissimo. Posizione fantastica fronte mare, location molto curata, camere spaziose e diverse opzioni di ristorazione.

Pools are amazing. Our son had an amazing time in the pool. Very kind and friendly staff members made our stay pleasant.

My wife and I loved this hotel, we stayed half board for 5 nights. The gardens are beautiful, the food at the Buffett is delicious, staff are friendly and helpful. The food in dinner Buffett had a daily these and the quality was beyond any other hotels I have stayed at in Europe. There are 5 pools and plenty of sun beds. You can get great cocktails in the hotel bars. You can walk to the beach where there are several other bars. After 5 days we are very relaxed and happy we booked this hotel.

Nice 5 stars hotel, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel is definitely family friendly, so a stay with children is also a great option. The ocean in front of the beach is really amazing. The staff was also very kind and amazing with our child.

A wonderful second visit and the hotel remains as lovely as before. Pristine gardens and rooms, great breakfast options and the spa is still a favourite. Favourite day trips were Cádiz, Jerez de la Frontera and Conil de la Frontera.

Das Hotel war wie erwartet gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich, die Zimmer groß, ruhig und sauber. Die Anlage des Hotels hat uns besonders gefallen.

Would definitely go back again. Perfect for family with kids. The hotel also provided a comfortable crib for my child. I’ll have to book a longer stay next time. Beach access and walking around all amazing

Bajo mi punto de vista para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas le falta muchos detalles, sobretodo el trato, en segundo lugar las habitaciones son un poco antiguas y el buffet no esta a la altura de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Por otro lado, las piscinas y los jardines son espectaculares.

El hotel está genial, pero nosotros pagamos por una habitación con cama doble ya que tenemos un bebé que duerme en el medio y en vez de cambiarnos de habitación la cama tenía dos colchones de espuma encima y los cerraron con una cremallera que por el medio se seguía hundiendo. Un hotel de 5 estrellas en la calidad del sueño deja mucho que desear, por lo demás genial

Have been going to this hotel for the last ten years. This hotel never fails, great service, friendly staff, beautiful gardens, and next to one of the best beaches in Andalucia. Highly recommended.
