Excelente, calidad y servicio!! Muy recomendable

The hotel offered a pleasant stay overall, but one issue that stood out was the lack of sound insulation in the room. Throughout my stay, I could clearly hear noises from the hallway, such as other guests talking, doors closing, and cleaning staff working. At times, even street noise filtered in, which affected the quality of rest, especially during the night. While the room itself was clean and well-equipped, the noise levels made it difficult to fully relax. For a more restful experience, improved soundproofing would be a valuable upgrade.

Excelente relación calidad/precio, las instalaciones están en muy buenas condiciones, cerca de muchos sitios de interés, así como de plazas y tiendas; el personal de la recepción súper amable, todo limpio y ordenado en la habitación. 100/10

En el restaurante tienen un gran servicio. Lo mejor =)

There is a restaurant, department store and a very cozy bar all attached to the hotel. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is safe and walkable. The price to stay at the hotel is very reasonable.

Està muy bien ubicada y ùltimamente han mejorado las instalaciones con màs conexiones de luz. El cuidado se nota.

I just lose my dear mother in law at a hospital in Pachuca, I had to stay in Pachuca for 4 days, it was kind they let me do my check out little longer than the usual. I could call The Joya my second home Thank you

Me gustó mucho la habitaciónuy cómoda y limpia, lo que podrían mejorar es actualizar su elevador ya que lo sentimos algo viejo para la época y cuando llegaba al piso se movía muy feo, quizá por qué se notaba que ya era algo viejo, deberian tomarlo en cuenta, de 10 le doy 9 por el elevador.

Muy buen servicio y atención. La comida del hotel rica . El personal muy servicial, el hotel es pet friendly y todo excelente. Respetaron el espacio y comodidad de mi mascota . Solo un detalle con el elevador da unos pequeños pero perceptivos jalones al iniciar y terminar su recorrido. Gracias y recomiendo mucho el hotel
