The staff was rude , they listed they would provide crib . But not. I don’t recommend this

Great location but below average cleanliness and staff assistance.

Overbooked so sent us to different hotel where we had a view of a wall, terrible experience !!!

Cost of parking is quite high. We were kept awake much of the night with noise of other guests; walls do not block sound. Air conditioner was loud. Location is very good. Could not get a king bed as requested. Staff were friendly.

Really happy with our stay! Loved communication through text and the quick response!! Check in was easy and quick. Staff was very sweet. Please do them a favor READ all the information! There is a fee for parking. It mentioned that in the information. Don't get mad at them bc you didn't do your reading! Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Only suggestion would be a have a plastic shower curtain also so that water does not leak through fabric curtain and end up on the floor. Thank you for a great stay!

THE WHOLE PROPERTY WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN. NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT STAFF OR SERVICES. I ONLY THINK THE PARKING WAS OVER PRICED.

The air conditioning was old and didn’t work great, the pool looks nothing like the pictures and in front desk person was snooty.

The location was great because our event was very close by.

The property was close to the convention centre. The price matched the condition of the place. It was reasonable value. We ran out of water and had to change rooms, there was no communication to let us know this until we called about the water. Our check in was rough. The person at the front was quite rude and bothered by the fact that we showed up and disturbed her coffee break but the other front desk people that we had in the days that followed were better.

Got upgraded to Hilton Hotel at zero cost. It was a big surprise for us and we are so grateful we got to experience this for the first time ever!

The room was very nice, and the check-in clerk named Sukha was most helpful. She helped solve any problem I had.

Parking was easy and the AC cooled the room.

The property is in a good location for most attractions. Most are walkable. Room was clean, comfortable and had good air conditioning. Did not like that I had to pay for parking when I had already paid for the room. There is no continental breakfast included at this Days Inn.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was a good size. Staff was good and helpful. Bathroom unfortunately had mold in the shower on the roof and between some tiles. Also the water temperature fluctuated frequently.

Das Hotel selbst ist gut, Zimmer/Bad waren sauber und unlängst neu ausgestattet/.renoviert. Die Lage ist praktisch, nah zu den Attraktionen, Parkplatz im Hof, Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Personal war - mit Ausnahme einer Diskussion um die Zimmerreinigung - sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist ungeschickt, dass die deutschen Bedingungen sich von denen im Original unterscheiden. Das führt zu unangenehmen Situationen vor Ort. Fazit: wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen
