Quarto com alguma poeira e banheiro com cheiro estranho.

The room was hot for the time we stayed. Only at the last night we offered a fun to cooldown. The room had a good view to the lake but under us we had a seating area that was loud till after midnight. The breakfast was very good and the staff was fine

The breakfast was abundant in food and great quality. The Hotel has easy access to the park if you have your own car.

O hotel é muito agradável! Café da manhã com variedades e de boa qualidade. O único ponto fraco do hotel é a distância do centro. Ficamos hospedados em 3 hotéis diferentes e este foi o mais distante. O quarto é confortável! Recomendo, mas precisa estar de carro devido a localização.

Excellent experience, great staff and wonderful location, absolutely loved it

The hotel was lovely, room and bathroom were spacious, clean. Nice pool and hot tub, hearty breakfast, numerous options won’t start the day hungry. The hotel is located on a hill, nice view without a car it is difficult to get to. I can recommend this hotel.

Nos encantó la vista del hotel! Las personas muy amables, está cerca para hacer tours y la piscina súper Solo sugiero que pongan agua para los huéspedes en la habitación.

El personal es muy amable, nos ayudaron muchísimo con nuestro viaje, nos facilitaron la contratación de una renta de un coche, nos recomendaron algunos puntos turísticos. La propiedad no está cerca del centro pero si llevas coche o piensas rentar uno es una gran opción

The property is located outside the city center, 2 km, this makes the stay more pleasant and relax as it is quiet and the property grounds and gardens are beautiful. The views from the hotel are spectacular. We arrived 3 hours early, and were able to check in, as our room was very clean and ready. Hotel staff is very frienly, knowledgeable of the Bariloche area, and very helpfull. To start your day, breakfast is fantastic, with lots of variety and large selections of hot or cold food, pastries, fresh fruits and vegetables. We anjoyed our stay, and hope to come back again.

O Hotel estilo montanha, quatro estrelas, tem muitas facilidades, piscina coberta, café da manhã excelente, fácil acesso na Av Bustillo. O jantar tem um cardápio reduzido e a comida deixa a desejar. E a plataforma Hotels informou que o jantar estaria incluso na reserva e o hotel não aceitou porque disse que jamais faz isso e que foi erro da Hotels. Fiquei no prejuízo porque não consigo contato com a Hotels.
