The hotel is extremely dilapidated. My room had a horrible stench to it and the heater in the room sounded like a car starting every time it turned on. The only redeeming quality was the night time desk staff. He was very polite. #NOTSOSUPER8

Parking with a trailer was a stuggle. We had an outside access door room but some car was also parked in front of our room

Well located, friendly staff good value for money. The pool table and ping pong table was a nice way to pass the time. The pool area is very nice but it isn't large. It was crowded during our stay so we didn't get a chance to use it.

Building is older, not many pillows or towels given, ceiling in bathroom was peeling, ventilation issues. Not many options in Campbelton

Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Staff could be a bit friendlier.

We have been here a few times and enjoy the pool, hot tub, pool table and ping pong. However, during this stay I was disappointed in the breakfast - There was very little offered (some empty trays, empty pot) and the garbage was overflowing (nowhere to put your plates afterwards). The hot tub was also lukewarm which was a little disappointing too after a long day on the slopes. That said, we will be back but would certainly appreciate these things to be resolved.

Everything was great

La chambre était impeccable sur tous les points et le personnel était d'une gentillesse! Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet Hôtel malgré que ce n'était que pour une nuit. La piscine et le spa était propre et bien entretenus.
