un hotel con personal sin criterio alguno. mi esposa tuvo un problema de salud y solo solicité cambiar la fecha unos días, no cancelar porque la reserva es no reembolsable y se negaron a tener esa atención. Así que se pago la habitación y no la utilicé debido a su negativa a ayudarme con un problema ajeno a mi control. Penoso el servicio

Todo muy bien, el personal muy amable! Nuestra habitación amplia y cómoda. La regadera maravillosa, y eso se agradece.

Fallas de mantenimiento (coladera de la regadera tapada que inundó el cuarto) y personal muy poco dispuesto a dar soluciones a distintas cuestiones.

Great location. Steps away from the main park and all the things to see in old town. Very pretty bar and dining room. Lovely staff. GREAT A/C in the rooms. Comfortable beds. Cons: no tea in the rooms and terrible coffee — but you can’t buy coffee or tea at the breakfast area without buying breakfast. You have to go outside. Worst thing was the parking. Smallest garage with the tiniest pin curves. Literally ruined my check-in, I was so nervous about scratching our SUV. And hotel elevator isn’t on all floors — so we had to drive to P5 to park and then carry all our things up a flight of stairs. We avoided leaving the garage just because it’s almost impossible to pass cars coming up/down at the same time too. It’s all I thought about day of checkout.

We loved staying there. Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast buffet and so close to old town, museums, parks and all conveniences we needed. We had the additional experience of visiting during San Mateo festival which was fun.
