Hotel team are all very helpful and polite. Rooms are very comfortable and the showers are good! Would recommend.

Met by a 8 year old girl whose mum was working reception but was on lunch. Room was not ready for 3pm because they were full the night before. Otherwise ok

Easy parking - nice countryside - local chip shop - local town of Tarporley has nice bars - good sized pool - terrible decor around pool ceiling, walls & changing rooms - no air con

Good stay. Staff not very helpful. SPA staff were rude and not helpful. Otherwise room was good and nice environment.

Area was lovely outside peaceful. Great spa services. Staff polite. Room clean .loved the fact had a bath and shower separate. Water dispenser available on all floors. The pool area could do with a paint, as pipes looking bit rusty and ceiling peeling in areas. Would been nice to have a jacuzzi.

Lovely place to stay and very accommodating as we had our horse lorry as we were competing at Kelsall international.

The hotel & spa was nice Reception staff very friendly & helpful Bar was the same.. Dining room staff wasn't great, asked for sauce's & very received them.. dessert was brought out when table was still full of dirty dinner plates.. Room had ripped curtains, a stain on bed sheet

Pool area needs some TLC our room was clean. Bed super comfy. Wouldn't stay again as we have stayed in better 4 star jotels

Well we couldn’t have asked for more, the lady on reception was a delight, the manager too. We had a lovely clean and spacious room with such a comfortable bed. Eating in the bar was a great experience, the food was stunning. The lady serving in the bar could not have been nicer, great recommendations and service. Relaxing pool and sauna. The perfect stay, thank you!

We found the hotel was just an average one. We failed to see how it could be regarded as 5 star by previous guests. On reflection we would have been better staying in a good Premier Inn or similar and visiting this hotel's spa facilities as a Day Guest. The spa, gym and swing side of this hotel were certainly above average.

Lovely hotel, very clean and staff Lovely. Used the spa which was nice but noticed the ice room needs some TLC (Mosiac tiles everywhere) and the seating in one sauna was broke. Food was high quality and tasty. Pillows were so comfy and the room had high end ELEMIS Toiletries. Overall a great stay.
