Quiet and peaceful country side setting. Balcony and double hot tub was nice. Bathroom was large with nice spa soaps and shampoos. Clean, comfy bedding.

Spa minuscule, pouvant à peine accueillir deux personnes, ce qui limite considérablement l’expérience et le confort. Par ailleurs, le personnel s’est montré globalement peu professionnel, en particulier la personne à la réception en charge de la gestion du planning des employés. Son attitude était arrogante et irrespectueuse tout au long des échanges. Elle a notamment indiqué que près de 350 personnes avaient été admises pour le petit-déjeuner, ce qui a entraîné une saturation totale du service. En tant que résidente de l’hôtel pour la nuit, je n’ai même pas pu accéder au déjeuner, pourtant payant, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. De plus, l’eau de la douche était froide, ce qui a davantage compromis la qualité du séjour. Le rapport qualité-prix est très décevant. Des petits foyers extérieurs sont disponibles, mais aucun équipement n’est prévu pour allumer le bois, ce qui les rend inutilisables. J’avais appelé à la réception pour demander le code du WIFI ( à plusieurs reprises ) mais personne ne répondait … Enfin, le Wi-Fi est de très mauvaise qualité et le réseau mobile (5G) ne capte pratiquement pas, donc en cas d’urgence on est coincés.

La chambre spacieuse, très propre dans un très beau paysage. Nous avons aimé notre court séjour.

Lovely quiet place to getaway; everything on site (good food, hot tubs, bar, ping pong, pool tables).

Beautiful rooms and nice restaurants and bar. The menu is more pub like and not much choice. The restaurant closed very nearly, couldn’t make for a dinner at the hôtel.

Rooms were spacious. Outside area is nice for walking. The bar is very nice to grab a drink and sit infront of the fire.

Hot tub and big outdoor fire place are always my favorite.

Room was clean, staff was very courteous, helpful, and respectful of anglophones. Food was extremely high quality and flavourful. Grounds are not as interesting in winter as in summer but, if you're adventurous and have snowshoes, there's lots to explore, lots of nature. The hot tub water jets were not working, so that was a bit disappointing. Safety instructions were exclusively in French, which I think is an unforgivable policy. Auberge des Gallants is highly recommended - unfortunately it's in Quebec where there is a fascist gov't that does not allow English.

The staff are superb, very kind and helpful. Our room was beautiful and the shower is a rainfall shower, loved it.
