Internal security doors didn’t work got trapped in a corridor.

Amazing hotel in beautiful Harvey Bay. Right near the Urangan Pier. Stayed a week and wanted to stay forever. Great relaxation spot with spa bath in the ensuite. Ocean view was the best choice. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

Always a good hotel to stay, good area, pool, close to the beach and pier, clean, quiet, safe parking, cooking facilities!

Apartment was a great size for a couple. Clean & comfortable. My only dislike was the very low water pressure.

We stayed at Oaks Hervey Bay for one night booking a one bedroom pool view apartment. This was a staycation. We were upgraded to an ocean view two bedroom. The apartment was very spacious with a massive ensuite including a spa bath. The young lady on reception was extremely efficient and friendly. They have a wellness spa onsite which I visited for a relaxing treatment.

Hands down the best customer service experience reception crew very helpful and always welcoming my family had the best holiday ever!!!!! Definitely recommend this to anyone great experience we've had in a long time cant wait to come back

Room was dated and there was a terrible smell that left us with a headache.

Our favourite Hervey Bay hotel, tried many others in past but will never stay anywhere else again.

Oaks is a fantastic holiday destination, the whole experience from check in to check out was so convenient. Heaps of eating and walking options close by, will be making an effort to stay there again.

Nice pool, had an apartment but there were fine flies roaming around in kitchen and toilets.

The pool view room was a great choice. Close to food options and a walk along the pier.

Staff were attentive, informative & friendly. Pools were great , grounds kept well. There was nothing that i didnt like about property.

Stayed in room 3, there was NO wifi and NO phone reception on either Telstra or Optus. I even bought a 4G router with high gain antennas, no reception. The resort was nice, but I needed wifi / internet / phone, and did not get it.

Comfortable stay with courteous staff. Spacious room but shower in round tub awkward and dangerous for elderly. Also floor transition s from rug to tile painful to step on. Overall enjoyable stay.

The checkin experience was terrible, the keys did not work, the room number on the checkin instructions was different from the one with the hotel security, however the keys did not open either room! Generally, the hotel needs a facelift! The building looks old as well as the lifts and the rooms
