The resort is absolutely beautiful. The beach is the best one I’ve ever been to. Staff is great! Will be back and would recommend this resort to anyone

Super friendly and attentive staff. Nice palm tree lined beach. Nicely maintained grounds. Mattresses could be little more firm for my liking.

Food was great, beach was beautiful. Resort is very clean and well maintained. The cleaning ladies were exceptional and cleaned our room every day. People that work at the restaurants, bar area and reception are very nice, but some of the security people are very, very rude. Man that works as a security at the gym was so mean to my son and husband and he was even swearing at them. Just a few people that work here speak english, and that can sometimes be a problem. Iven the guests spoke spanish, french, italian, but no english language. Adonis, the guy that works as a part of entertainment crew was incredible, so kind and with a smile on his face all the time.

Check-in took almost an hour, which is ridiculous (and there were no issues, just took forever). Everything else was great, and I enjoyed my stay

The property needed some work, the food and drinks weren’t good enough for the money spent. The upgrade we paid extra for wasn’t valuable. The room was comparable to a standard hotel room and many things needed fixing. None of the staff spoke English which made it difficult for us. Our son got food poisoning and we couldn’t drink the water. The positive thing was the beach/water were beautiful and the staff were very nice.

The staff in the restaurants and bars were not friendly or eager to service. I seat at one of the bars for over 20 minutes and no one came over to me. I don’t know if you’re short staffed.

One of the main issues is the lack of air conditioning in the resort’s restaurants, which can make dining uncomfortable, especially during hot weather. Additionally, some of the rooms could use an update, as they feel a bit outdated compared to the overall resort's charm. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience remains pleasant, especially if you're looking for a laid-back, beach-centered vacation.

No me gusto por que no e justo que no le puedan explicar las condiciones del color de los brasalete eso es una falta de etica tanto dinero por nada no pudimos tomar ni un vaso de beiley ni un vaso de wisky tube que opedarme en otro hotel ya que las atenciones fuero pesima...gracias

La struttura è un po’ datata in più c’erano dei lavori con dei rumori assurdi e per chi va in vacanza sentire rumori di lavori non è gradevole ed Expedia doveva avvisare di questi lavori

L’hotel è in fase di ristrutturazione ci sono lavori in corso la mattina in piscina e colazione in una vacanza non posso sentire dalla mattina alla sera rumori di lavori martelli calcestruzzo è una cosa inaccettabile perché siamo in vacanza per rilassarci
