The staff at this hotel are the best I’ve ever interacted with-so friendly, amazing service, kind and helpful!

Most hotels we have stayed, only served free breakfast buffet style. Here they actually have buffet and made to order style. What a fantastic idea! Nightcap at bar was quite cozy.

You have to pay 12 bucks to park 1/4 mile away from the building. They charged me for two days even though I was only there for a day. They ended up refunding both anyway because of the trouble I had. Nice hotel - good staff - crappy building conditions led to a sleepless night. The staff is nice - but when I got woke up at 4 am by random noises outside the room - they moved me - but I still lost two hours of sleep because of the loud consistent grinding noises.

Outdated. Needs new bedding. Stained brown mattress on edging, would not stay again. Breakfast was great, but had to pay for parking and wifi.

Really nice hotel on the river. Comfy rooms, pleasant service, in a good location. Really easy to get to downtown (3 min across the bridge). The included breakfast and cocktails in the evening are a major plus.

Nice lobby, spacious rooms, but there are some concerning stains on the carpet in 2 separate rooms booked on this trip.

Loved the view of the river from my room; clean; quiet; loved breakfast there as you can get made to order meals made by a chef; overall great place!

Nice place, breakfast was busy. Adding more to the buffet and less cook to order might help speed it up a little.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. It was quiet the first night however the second night there was a kid party with children running around screaming half the night. The breakfast chef Albert was absolutely amazing. That man deserves a raise. He was kind and professional and he interacted with the guest. The omelette was fantastic. Now I was highly disappointed with the hidden fees and the charges for parking. The rooms are already kinda pricey and then we were charged for parking which came out of our deposit. The worst part about it is the fact that we drove a van and had 4 rooms and every room was charged for parking and we only had one vehicle.

I liked the staff. But my least was we were charged for something that we should not have been charged for. We tried to fix the problem before being charged and they would not allow us too. And we got charged a fee.

I will be back. Very nice, quiet, peaceful and I felt safe

The pool was cloudy and dirty. They charge for parking on a surface lot. The A/C did not work but was quickly fixed. The free breakfast was pretty good and the staff working the breakfast was great. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom and their phone system is automated and we never received any after a call.
