Clean property, warm indoor pool, good breakfast options, tons of food options all walkable, close to freeway, safe, comfortable beds, great water pressure! 10/10

Friendly staff and clean hotel

Staff went above and beyond for a wonderful stay. Even booked a night with no hassle.

Pool and hottub are nice

Room was clean and comfortable. Better than some other hotels in the area. Breakfast was decent, nothing special.

The bathroom sink was not clean. The property is a little worn out. But it was quiet and otherwise comfortable

Was a nice looking room. Liked that there was a couch/sitting area, with coffee table, seperate from bed area. However, fridge did not work, and bathroom fan did not work. Walls were super thin, and could hear the people in the next room very clearly.

The elevator was not working at five am. This is the second time this has happened. I checked out early and had a fair amount of items to go three flights.

Nice place to stay. On/off the motorway, petrol stations as well as a Starbucks and a couple of places to eat. The staff was helpful, and they were busy as well, but got me into my room in a timely manner. Room was a very nice size, sheets and towels were clean. The shower, however, needs to be redone as it looks a little outdated. Other than that, there was nothing wrong with this place. I would stay here again if passing through the area. It is pet friendly and has a good amount of parking. Breakfast was pretty good, typical waffle, eggs and sausage, and the other small items. I would recommend this place if passing through

Good serve-yourself breakfast (hot entrees, seasoned potatoes, fresh fruit, scrambled/boiled eggs, Belgian waffles, cereal, etc.. Pool, hot tub. Great proximity to top national fast food outlets (incl a 24/7 drive or walk up!) with good prices, very good gas station/convenience stores with traveler-food, drinks - all varieties & amenities. Short drive to local restaurants & I-90. Friendly/helpful front desk operators & yummy treats. Late in the evening chili when it was very cold outside! Nothing lacking except delivered food options/ advertisements (pizza?, Jimmy Johns?).

Major lack of communication. I would have NEVER booked if the hitting was closed. I called the hotel and was told by reservation staff that the hot tub was open for sure they even put Me on hold and said they double checked and then we check in and it’s closed the entire stay…..

The hotel is clean and the continental breakfast is very good. The hotel accepts pets which is great. The pool and hot tub were shut down the entier time we were there which was frustrating. There should be notice given if these amenities are unavailable. We actually would have xhosen a cheaper hotel, we picked this one for the very fact that they advertised a hot tub. Additionally the toilet in our room was leaking the first night. When notified they did send maitenece to fix it. The elevaator stopped working and again was fixed but these things were irritating. The hotel.comped some of our room fee for these issues. Staff was very friendly and helpful, just an all.around frustrating trip.

The ladder/railing to the pool was loose and very unsafe. The hot tub was dirty and a kid pooped in it but they kept it open. The shower was dirty and there was pee around the bottom of the toilet.

Our is in dire need of rehab! The shower head spits out water over top of the shower curtain, the water has damaged the wall, floor and gets the clean towels wet that are sitting right next to it. The bed needs to be replaced. There is no luggage rack. The carpet is stained and dirty. The breakfast looks good but is only luke warm not hot. A high point the drapes do stay closed. Use to be great place!

I was impressed at the room’s insulation for keeping outside noises muted. What we didn’t like was a non working phone we couldn’t even call the front desk. Also the beds were a little uncomfortable, the bedding was also not comfortable!
