Stayed there for one night while moving my things to storage. The staff were lovely and the luggage carts were very helpful in moving everything. A bit pricey, but the quality is great

Not 100% sure on what was actually going on in the adjoining room next door ( multiple persons entering / leaving through the course of the night and extremely noisy, with raised voices and doors banging open all through the night. ) Management did not resolve nor properly look into the issue and ignored after several requests to inspect and sort. Really poor from this hotel which is not something ever experienced before when staying in other Maldon hotels in Dublin.

We got Upgraded to a suite as there was availability, Michael at Reception was very welcoming and helpful . Gym was well equipped and parking was free.

Good breakfast safe parking

The room was clean The hotel bin was very small, couldn’t fit much inside There was hair found in the shower drain. On the balcony there was rubbish and used sock left behind a previous person. Which caused us to not use the balcony. Unable to use the swimming pool and gym due to the opening hours

Breakfast menu was fine,would have appreciated fried eggs as option not just Scrambled.

Personale cordiale e disponibile, buona la struttura ma ahimè distante dal centro. La pulizia lascia a desiderare, polvere ovunque. Per curiosità e scrupolo abbiamo guardato ovunque dopo aver trovato una blatta sul letto. A dir poco disgustoso. Non ho dormito tranquillo. Polvere dietro i quadri. Erano le 23 passate e abbiamo segnalato subito appena accaduto e ci hanno proposto di cambiare camera, non abbiamo accettato a causa dell'orario notturno e della stanchezza accumulata. Il giorno dopo abbiamo parlato con un manager della struttura che ci ha proposto il rimborso dell'ultima sera. Dopo aver effettuato un controllo da parte della struttura alla camera ci è stato inviato un report dell'ispezione dove non risultava nessun tipo di altro infestante. Dunque la struttura a suo dire ci ha risarciti del 50% percento ritenendo che non vi fossero problemi in quella stanza. Ho documentato tutto con foto e video. Esperienza terribile. Chiederemo un ulteriore rimborso.

Shower didn’t work properly. Two very small pillows in room. Desk staff was unable to make simple decisions to improve the stay. Asked to have prepaid breakfast refunded since they didn’t open breakfast until a very late 8am and we have to leave at 7:30 to catch a flight. We had already prepaid the cost at their request when I made the reservation weeks early but they hadn’t made us aware of the time change.

The faculty was very accommodating and friendly upon both arrival and check out. The room was absolutely stunning and had an amazing view of Tallaght which we appreciated!

Very satisfactory overall. Food v.gd. nice pool etc
