I think doors need to be fixed to the rooms, I stayed on first floor. It looked like it was flooded. Otherwise we loved our stay. Thank you.

large comfortable room with a huge bed and outdoor patio great choice of food at the breakfast buffet Easy 15 minute walk to Split Old Town, bus stops very close to the hotel for journey to/from Split airport

Not so far from the city center. Rooms are big for their prices.

Hôtel dans son "jus" un peu vieillot, tâche sur la moquette des chambres "exécutive", manque de pression d'eau, et Hammam avec une odeur pas agréable du tout... L'accueil a été parfait, et même très arrangeant (arrivé avant l'heure du Check in), petit déjeuner copieux et plutôt bon, le tout à 15 min du centre de Split.

We had ordered a suite yet the sofa bed wasn’t made up and when we went down to ask for it to be set up they said housekeeping had left. They offered another room for our daughter another room. Which we didn’t take as we didn’t want our daughter in another room

Excellent property

We had a lovely stay at the Atrium Hotel. The staff were really helpful and our room was nice, very spacious and clean. We also enjoyed making use of the pool and sauna

Staff were amazing, facilities very good, everything new and cleaned and well appointed. Location is on a main road with all its pros and cons - 15min walk into old town. We'll be back.

This is a dated hotel. Not 5 stars. The pictures are very misleading

I felt misled by the 5 star rating. The hotel room felt very dated and basic. It felt like an old hospital room. We did not enjoy any of the food either. The positives were the staff, it was clean and the a/c worked well.

Friendly staff

The hotel was great in many ways, however the bed was terrible making noices all night when we where moving. This caused me and my wife, including the baby, having a terrible night and waking up even more tired then we used to be. Talked to the receptionist trying to get some compensation. However they answered by saying "we know and we are going to renovate soon". This is not good enough.

The service we received was first-rate.

Nous avons effectué un séjour de 3 jours dans cet hôtel pendant nos vacances. Un parking payant est disponible. L'accueil est bon. Notre chambre double est de bonne taille avec une bonne literie. La salle de bain est grande. La douche aurait vraiment besoin d'être refaite, elle date et n'a aucune pression d'eau chaude. Le Spa est très bien, la salle de sport est équipée, mais semble a l'abandon ( poids manquant, aucun rangement). L'hôtel est a 1,5Kms de la zone touristique, ce qui ne fait pas beaucoup compte tenu du prix intéressant. Le petit déteste varie, mais pas digne d'un 5 étoiles nons plus ( jus et fruit en boîte, oeufs froid). En résumé, très bon rapport qualité prix, mais plus 4 étoiles que 5.

Room size was good, condition was ok. On arrival the room request was not available - kind required but was offered a twin. Shower selector did not work was missing and bath was dirty. For the price paid there was other options that in hindsight should have chosen.

Very nice hotel with nice rooms, spa and pool. The front desk needs a concierge to help people with Split related tourist questions.

Bra service, men virker som de ikke har oppgradert på en stund. Står om ett kasino som de ikke har, og treningsrommet var uten AC og med mye dårlig utstyr. Hang spotter ned fra taket som var ødelagt osv
