It was alright. Stayed due to a flight delay nothing special just convenient.

El desayuno no era incluido, tenía costo. El hotel en general bien ubicado, limpio y el servicio de transporte gratis fue muy bueno.

Check in was smooth, staff were very friendly. Airport shuttle was simple to use. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Hotel room was great. Simple but had everything.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pretty positive experience, especially considering the price point. The property itself is nice, though not particularly new or modern. It’s not one of those ultra-polished, spotless luxury hotels—but it’s also not run-down by any means. Everything was generally clean and maintained well enough to feel comfortable throughout the stay. The room was quite comfortable and made for a relaxing place to unwind. While you can tell that some elements are a bit dated, nothing felt neglected or problematic. It struck a good balance where you’re not paying for luxury, but you’re still getting a pleasant and easy stay. One thing that stood out in a good way was the staff. They were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which definitely adds a lot to the overall experience. It didn’t feel overly formal or stiff—just genuinely nice service. The hotel also had a nice coffee bar area, which was a great touch. It was convenient to grab a coffee and relax, and it added a bit of charm to the property. In addition, the restaurant served very enjoyable meals, especially for breakfast and coffee. It wasn’t just a basic setup—the food was actually quite good and made mornings more enjoyable. As for amenities, the pool area was clean and well-kept, though it wasn’t heated, which might matter depending on the weather. There was also a hot tub, which was a really nice bonus and a great way to relax after a long day. Overall, this hotel offers

nice people and clean place

La habitación e instalaciones estuvieron limpias y agradables, el personal se mostró amable. El shuttle que me recogió en el aeropuerto me hizo esperar aprox 30 min. Siempre me quedo en el hotel que está justo al lado “Fairfield Inn” pero ahora quise probar este ya que en la descripción menciona que tiene traslado a la playa, al llegar a recepción y preguntar el chico que me atendió me dijo que no tenía conocimiento de ese traslado a la playa y que solo era al aeropuerto, esa fue una gran decepción. El desayuno buffet con costo extra no es malo sin embargo está pensado para los americanos (sería genial que pusieran más variedad de platillos mexicanos)

Der Flughafentransfer hat gut funktioniert. Als wir das Gepäck hatten, haben wir telefonisch den Shuttle angefragt, der uns nach ca 45 Minuten abgeholt hat. Für den Weg vom Hotel zum Flughafen fährt alle halbe Stunde ein Shuttle (Minute 00 und 30), Dauer der Fahrt ca 15-20 Minuten. Das Hotel selber war auch sehr angenehm mit einem guten Restaurant mit Innen- und Außenplätzen. Die Zimmer mit riesigen Betten und Fenstern, die man öffnen kann. Großes Bad mit Dusche. Wir waren sehr zufrieden (Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten, da es erst ab 6 Uhr startet und wir früher zum Flughafen mussten).

Room was clean. Restaurants was delicious and our server was great. The pool and hottub were nice.
