Excellent location, very clear instructions to get into the city for those coming in by car, a warm welcome by the staff, a super comfy bed and a great breakfast, what more could we ask for! All in all a great stay at the Palazzo.

Having booked with another local hotel - The Athena - who were completely obnoxious and unhelpful regarding the parking. I stumbled across this gem. The staff were so helpful and accomplished ~ first class customer service.

This was a lovely hotel, but the narrow, single-size bed was so hard I could not sleep on it. I ended up moving all the bedding to the couch in the middle of the night, I was so uncomfortable. For the next 2 nights I slept on the couch, though the couch sagged in the middle and was not that comfortable either. This hotel has a beautiful terrace and serves the best breakfast I have ever eaten in a hotel, but if your body can't get rested, what's the point?

We booked at the last minute and didn’t see the email with detailed instructions on how to get to the hotel in the walled village. We called the hotel and Cecilia stayed on the phone with us and guided us through the very tricky network of streets within the walled village. A big thanks to Cecilia!

Beautiful quaint hotel. Beautiful view from the garden. Walkable to all of the sites and restaurants, at the top of the hill- but everything is on a hill. Nice breakfast. Very relaxing place to stay. Staff was very accommodating.

Palazzo Ravizza is beautifully appointed hotel. Wonderful rain shower head and soft cozy bed linens. The breakfast had a wide variety of sweet and savory with fresh fruit, baked bread, tarts, and more. The hotel is walkable to restaurants and shopping within the walls of the old town.
