Gutes Hotel, gute. Lage, etwas überfordertes Personal

Great location at the pedestrian zone of Potsdam. Very pleasant staff

Das Hotel is sehr schön, das Personal super nett. Wir waren mit dem Auto und Fahrrädern vor Ort. Konnten alles im Keller sicher unterbringen. Nach einer Radtour bei sengender Hitze wurde die Minibar wieder komplett aufgefüllt. In Kombination mit der Klimaanlage hatten wir eine erholsame Zeit. Volle Empfehlung!

gut gelegen, Zimmer war ruhig obwohl es zur Straßenseite war da ich im 3 OG mein Zimmer hatte. Nettes Personal und alles okay und gut. Einzig die Tatsache, dass manche Gäste so parken, dass man nicht aus der Tiefgarage fahren kann war sehr ärgerlich! Ansonsten sehr gut zu empfehlen, da es direkt zentral liegt und nicht weit zum holländischen Quarter

The check-in and check-out staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming, and the complimentary minibar provided by the hotel was such a delightful surprise. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was excellent it was especially convenient for visiting Sanssouci Park. If I come back to Potsdam, I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was also wonderful, with a variety of homemade jams, fresh bread, and delicious food.

One of the nicest hotels I ha e ever staid in !

This is true gem situated in the best possible part of Potsdam...right across from the Old Town but away from the noise. The hotel is impeccable. I travel almost 100 nights per year and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. From the attentive staff to the delicious breakfast to the beautifully appointed rooms - this is a 10/10.

Hotellet er fantastisk beliggende i centrum af Potsdam og helt optimalt i forhold til feriedage i byen. Der er stille på hotellet og komfortable værelser. Vi havde bestilt (og fået bekræftet), parkering i hotellets gård - dette var dog blevet glemt.. Fejlen ændrede dog ikke på at det er et dejligt hotel.

Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel in guter Lage. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr gute Lage fußläufig zur Altstadt, trotzdem ruhig (Zimmer zum Atrium). Tiefgarage zu klein, Ausweichparkmöglichkeit 3 min Fußweg.
