Great place

Cleanliness. Accessibility.

Room had a beautiful view.

Stay was great. Only hiccup was zipline camera didnt work. Would have loved that video.

A little pricey, but overall good experience.

The outlets location is within the hotel. The parking is few steps to the hotel entrance. The Restaurants are good.

My room stunk like weed and it was a non smoking room supposedly. I had company with me and after being on hold with the express operator on the phone since they don’t have a direct line with the front desk I was told that either I would have to go down to the front desk myself but the line would be really long or just call back later. Are you serious ? What was I suppose to tell my company ? Take your luggage after 5 hours driving to get there to try to get another room ? Maybe !!!! If not we would have to go back to that dump ????

This was a wonderful place to stay. Staff were professional and helpful.

Everything was great except for the toilet. It was too low down for a 6' 2" man with leg problems. And I would think it was too for just about anyone.

Quick vacation meeting up with friends from Ohio. Room was upgraded to a producer’s suite along with early check in. Slot gods to everyone in our group.

The room was great beautiful view and had a great time.

It was very large and spacious with tons of things to do.

It was a very nice hotel and casino, but they have NO food vending machines at Foxwoods Towers, which is ridiculous for a high rated hotel. People DO get hungry and don't want to walk to a different restaurant in another area of Fox woods, especially late at night. Additionally, there was a light above the bed and TV stand that we could not turn off, which made it hard for us to sleep. Finally, the operator told me there was a food vending machine on the 4th floor, and I searched and there was none. When I called her and told her that she said they should not have taken it out without telling us.... Therefore, there seems to be a lack of communication.

We attended a dance competition and the ease of saying on site was appealing but I would never do it again. Our room was not cleaned well, the room had an awful odor, we were located next to the elevator so it was beyond noisy, and there was stuff on the walls which was likely vomit from a previous guest. Normally I would have called the front desk to be moved but I had been told this was the last room available so I didn’t bother…I really expected much more for the 300+ a night I was spending. I will not recommend the fox tower nor Foxwoods in the future and feel I wasted my money at this point which is really disappointing.

There was plenty of shopping, the casino, the spa and a variety of restaurants. All which we were able to enjoy.
