Location is excellent, you are steps from the ski lifts.

The staff was friendly. The location awesome (just steps from the lift).

I stayed with my family of 4 over the President's day week. Positives Room was pretty nice and comfortable. There's a full size fridge and enough plates/bowls and silverware. Negatives The frying pan was pretty old and scratched up (but they gave me a new one as a replacement). I don't know why they sent back the old one to my room, I just put it in the cupboard. They forgot to clean the coffee maker and didn't restock sponge/paper towels. (They did fix it after I requested these missing items) The faucets could use a replacement or fixing (water comes out too fast) Overall, I really like the location and the beds were comfortable. The kitchenette is really convenient. Id suggest cooking a few meals as it takes very long to get a table at the restaurants in the village.

Staff was courteous. Room was dated, old style coffee pot, shower curtain rod falling off, soap containers near empty. we felt like we paid to much for what we got.

Reliable hotel

The room was spotless and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The cost was rather high for the amenities provided.

The room was very clean and the beds and linens were soft and comfortable. I liked having a top sheet along with the duvet. View was nice but noisy people outside until 1am kept us up. This Hotel is closest to lifts. Fortunately we had earplugs. Refrigerator barely worked and forget using freezer compartment. Pool keys were a challenge for many guests and kept the front desk busy. Lobby personnel were nice as was housekeeping. Restaurant serves typical bar food and nothing stood out, but staff were helpful and attentive.

Mycket bra läge direkt vid skidliftarna. Underjordisk parkering som kostar 25 CAD per natt. Dåligt städat rum vid ankomst och sunkig heltäckningsmatta. Funktionellt 90-talshotell som börjar vara slitet. Kokvrå på rummet men ingen köksfläkt. Fin varm bubbelpool utomhus, ingen bastu dock.

Great location with the main ski lifts literally just out the door and a few yards away. Friendly and helpful staff and the room was quiet too! But the room wasn’t exactly clean and had a funky smell. The balcony had dog poop left on it along with cigarette butts. Lots of good crumbs in the cabinets too despite a 25 dollar cleaning charge for the kitchen.

Room clean. Staff friendly. Early checkin and late check out would have been helpful.

Outstanding location. Seriously… it’s right where you want to be. Staff were very accommodating.
