Elegí el hotel porque busqué en la plataforma y solo habían 2 disponibles con piscina. El problema estuvo en que tienen la piscina compartida con el colegio de médicos y me encontré que hasta las 11 am había un grupo de unos 50 niños entre 5 y 10 años que tenían una escuela de natación y juegos. 50 niños durante más de 2 horas en una piscina no tan grande...la verdad es qje no me dieron ganas de meterme. No usé la piscina. Pienso que debiesen informar esto y no que me haya encontrado con la sorpresa. Reclamé y me dieron un crédiro para una sigiiente estadía por un 15% de lo que había pagado. Les dije que no me parecía y me dijeron que no tenían más que hacer por mí. Mala respuesta de Hoteles.com para mi gusto y mala respuesta del hotel.

Good hotel within easy walk (or bus) from the city centre and the cultural sights. The room was comfy if a bit tired and the a/c was set to very cold and seemed unresponsive to change. The pool area is great, though could benefit from some more loungers and I heard a number of guests complain that the depth plunged from very shallow to very deep with no warning signs.

The breakfast was excellent!

The staff was fairly helpful but not the least bit friendly.

This hotel is in a good location, close to the very nice Russafa area. The room is spacious and clean. The pool area is big but it does not open until 11 am (as the life guard starts working then). Even though you ask several people in reception if you can go out earlier, if you don’t use the pool, and they say ok and give you towels for the sun beds, other staff will come out and scream at you, in a very rude and un-customer friendly way saying that you are not allowed to be there before 11. The elevators are also excruciatingly slow and the base ventilation (not aircon) is very loud so it’s hard to get any sleep. So somewhat good but also much room for improvement.

If you are looking for a great location. This is a good place. 1 mile from most places and staff were very helpful. First night our air conditioning wasn’t working well they checked it out and moved us promptly! Great service

Ideal location and staff are accommodating I would have given a 5 star due to experiencing maintenace issues. Apart from that our stay was great!

The pool was amazing the kids loved it. To cold for me mind. Hotel is in a great location within a 20 minute walk to the oceanographic and shopping centres

Lovely welcome. Arrived early and room was ready to check in early. Lovely hotel spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great view. Tea and coffee available in room bathroom toiletries supplied and were very nice.

Fijne kamer, prima bed en douche. Wel warm op de kamer. Airco staat in winterstand, dus kan niet koelen. Kamers zijn wel wat gehorig

Allt var bra förutom badrummet där duschen hade en svag stråle och handfatet var designat och fint men svåranvänt.

Great location to walk into city centre, friendly staff. Spotlessly maintained, excellent breakfast will definitely recommend this hotel a will return to stay again in the future, we'll done 👍😊
