Quiet room, kind staff

Is my second time staying at the hotel still t great service. I want to say thank you to the front desk young lady that helped us booked tickets to Auschwitz last minute. BREAKFAST was amazing. This time i came with my friends and they loved the hotel. Wil stay here again if i come again. Just didn't enjoy the noise if the train at night. Wish i had a room at the opposite side where i could see the castle but everythi g was amazing.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont propres et confortables, le petit déjeuner simple mais excellent. L’hôtel est très bien situé juste à côté de la gare et du tramway, mais si vous aimez marcher tous les beaux yeux de la ville sont axés.

Prima verblijf gehad! Alles superschoon, wat ik zelf heel belangrijk vind. Prima bedden. Simpel maar gewoon goed ontbijt, verzorgt door charmante dame. Geen klagen. Alsnik ooit weer naar Krakow terug kom zal ik dit hotel beslist weer overwegen

Hyggelig frokostsal. Rolig og behagelig stemning. God frokost med bra utvalg.

Lovely staff, rooms were clean very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was of excellent quality and on early check out they even prepared a takeway snack for us. Also sorted out transfers and a tourist trip. We all enjoyed this hotel. Rooms slightly dated but fully equipped and as stated comfortable. Hapily stay again if we returned to Poland.

Old fashioned hotel, scrupulously clean and comfortable. Great location for Jewish quarter and only a 15 minute walk to old town. Lovely staff. Only complaint is the breakfast wasn't the best. Not a great choice and not the best quality of ingredients. But it was ok and i would stay here again

Hyvä hotelli. Ilmastointi huoneessa oli äänekäs ja huone oli hieman sotkuinen.Wifi ei toiminut huoneissa. Keskihyvä hotelli

Rauhallinen pieni hotelli kävelymatkan päässä kaikesta keskeisestä. Siisti, siivous pelasi säännöllisesti. Ainoat negatiiviset puolet: jos ikkuna kadulle, vierestä menevät autot ja kovaääniset raitiovaunut valvottaa (korvatulpat pelasti), eli pyydä ikkuna sisöpihalle. Lisäksi aamupala voisi olla kattavampi, eikä ennakkoon ilmoitetusta huolimatta erityisryokavalioihin oltu kovin panostettu.

Hotellet var reint og ok standard, men litt slitt. Gulvtepper på alle gulv. Ligger sentralt i det jødiske kvartal, mange gode resturantene i nærheten. Frokost helt ok.

Fint og rent hotell. Hyggelig betjening!

Tram start at 4.30am just in front of the Hotel and it is impossible to sleep afterwards. Tea and coffee facilities (in this time and age) are not provided in rooms
