Tout fut parfait. Le personnel de chambre a égaré nos verres de vin par mégarde, en pensant qu'ils appartenaient à l'hôtel. A ne plus faire!

Cleen room and nicely located

March 20-22 was our third stay at Alt Hotel Brossard. The staff here are exceptional. Friendly, fluently bilingual and willing to help with whatever you need. Example my husband needed a seat for the shower due to a mobility issue and it was accommodated. The hotel room is quite small, night table on only one side which can be inconvenient. Shower stall is also quite small. Just things to consider when booking but would recommend otherwise

Great stay will come back. Always a first choice.

Room was a bit small but clean, staff was polite and friendly and also a very business friendly room. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel, bien situé dans le Dix30, avec un point de service au REM à proximité pour un accès facile et rapide à Montréal. L’équipe à la réception est très serviable.

We really enjoyed the hotel view and the cleanliness of the room. The staff were also very friendly. However, the bathtub drain was quite slow, and the room phone wasn't functioning properly.

perfect. Nice staff, nice rooms, parking in the basement in the wintwr is ideal and we were near all the stores and activities. 10/10

Booking with Hotel.com was fast and easy! Registration at the hotel also! 2 comments... Sunday morning staff started to work early... like 8am, they made lost of noise in the corridor, we got waked up from the noise... that lasted until 11am! We reserved breakfast, it was not at the hotel, close by restaurant, small situation on the tip... included or not with the voucher? Service and food was execellent son... gave extra tip... We enjoyed our stay,

Le frigo n’était pas fonctionnel. Sinon tout a été bien!

Didn’t visit the gym, nice hotel and annex to the Cafe du theatre which the food is amazing ! I was in room 609 , corner window with blinds that don’t do a good job if you want to sleep in , otherwise great hotel and very welcoming ❤️
