Apparthotel bien situé. Parking pratique

We have been staying here for about 15 years or more. We have stayed in other aparthotels in the area but prefer Pierre et Vacances. The apt is spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Beds are comfy with clean sheets every few days. The hotel is generally quiet. We noticed this time at the pool there were a number of larger groups of travellers but the hotel staff were keeping tabs on those situations. The hotel is well situated and well maintained. The grocery store is a new convenience. The one thing I would point out is that the pool area could use a full time staff monitoring the area during busy months. It appears that desk staff are expected to do this while managing the front desk which seems unreasonable. A staff person at the pool to monitor umbrellas that get tipped over, bottles and glassware that get left behind and blown over, sun beds and umbrellas that get 'saved' for hours and not used and cigarette butts blowing about. Someone to do general clean up and monitoring of activities would be very useful. When we first started going there, there used to be someone at the pool at all times. Other than this suggestion, we love this place.

Super séjour. Nous avons apprécié la vue de la chambre sur la piscine et la mer. La chambre est vieillissante mais avec des appareils (lave vaisselle, machine à laver….) fonctionnels. Petit bémol : la literie vraiment pas confortable qui mériterait sûrement d’être changée.

I had booked a two bedroom apartment and it was fabulous. Top floor with a huge balcony and sun terrace and two bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Good value for money and a central location

We arrived a few hours early but they managed to fined a room that was available so we could get settled. The apartment more they met our expectations. Comfortable beds and lots and lots of storage space. More than adequate kitchen with a hugefridge. There was a sofa bed too so the room would be adequate for a small family. Very large balcony. The toiletries were lovely and the shower was very powerful. Great pool area with lots of sunbeds. We will definitely stay there again.

Muy bien las instalaciones, esta muy bien ubicado, todo excelente, seguro regresaria aqui cuando regrese a Benalmadena. la atencion muy buena

All good as usual.

Everything was perfect except the fact that we had to buy laundry detergent.. but we bought some and left it there. For the rest very nice people no complains from us we had a very nice stay. And the view was just amazing of the mountains.

Views were great ans very classy place. Very spacious apt.

We have stayed here quite a few times and would recommend. Nice spacious and clean rooms and balconies. Great little pool area and always sunbeds available. In a great location close to the beach and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Very well situated

Cuisine bien équipé mais de base. Tout fonctionne bien. Réception très accueillante et disponible pour informer. Très bien situé dans Benalmadena.

Water too cold. Kitchen good!

On a eu la chambre 309 qui avait une belle vue sur la mer et sur la montagne. La chambre était propre à notre arrivée et l’enregistrement s’est très bien déroulée. L’équipement de cuisine était adéquat et on a fait la demande pour changer une casserole et c’a s’est fait rapidement.

I’ve stayed many times here and always know that accommodation is going to be excellent.
