Requested for extra towels left the towels in front of the door on the floor

Clean and quiet

Property was very nice. Included full hot breakfast was a great amenity. Unfortunately, our room was at the end of the hallway on the first floor. Right next to fitness center and exit to the pool. Lots of foot traffic and noise. Also, lots of foot traffic noise from the second floor. Recommend a room not on the first floor and definitely not near the end of the hallway if you end up on the first floor.

Room was not clean when arrive

Not so amazing. Short of staff; had to run down to the front desk to get extra towels and the room was not cleaned. Amenities need to be purchased. They have their own text system but never really respond

Employees were very helpful and prepared

We continue to stay at this property when we go to Legoland. The breakfast is great and the hotel is always clean and staff is always friendly and helpful!

Very clean hotel and new inside and out, located in a safe area near LegoLand and other attractions in Carlsbad. Parking gets a little tight at night but otherwise everything was fantastic. Employees were helpful and nice at the front desk!

Everything was mostly great. The AC or something had a mildew smell to it. Other than that, it was great!

Decent stay for a few nights. Currently updating old TV tech

The front desk clerk was first rate. Took care of us with our Hilton Honors gift and was very professional.
