The hotel has a fantastic view to the lake and volcano, but probably the furthest from the bus station. We book a room for 3 but come with an additional friend. They charged us additional 31 usd but gave us the same room.

The hotel has the nicest views in the morning, and everything was walking distance

Is by the lake and city boats are half block walk.This Hotel has everthing a guess espect as 4 stars,Amazing view at the lake. personel,very polite and profesional even the gardener take care my family guide them at the wirpool and pool,delicious dinners, good quility breakfast was great. Very clean and safe area .Thank you very much we had a amazing vacation at Atitlan .

Super incómodas las camas y las almohadas ni hablar, más duras que un block.

Podrían Mejorar la temperatura de Piscina y que cuando uno reserva por Expedia pueda elegir el Nivel

El hotel está muy bonito. La habitación amplia y la vista al lago espectacular. La localización está perfecta ya que queda justo al lado de donde se toman los botes. Recomendado!

La vista al lago es muy bella. Los cuartos muy pequeños y con escaso mobiliario para guardar equipaje.

The view of the lake and mountains was amazing. The staff was very attentive and the food was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Porta Hotel del Lago.
