Great location, central but still quiet. Staff were excellent. Room (Suite jetted tub) spacious and well appointed. Pool area is spotless and there are plenty of sunbeds Breakfast is great, really wide variety of options Small point for improvement: rooms could do with more plug points but that is a minor issue

The hotel is excellent - don’t hesitate to book for a relaxing break. Breakfast and dinner was brilliant - lots of variety. Beautifully presented. Evening turn down service was an added bonus - loved the little choccies and clean towels every day. Staff work very hard to keep this hotel beautiful and look after guests so they can relax fully. Sad to be home after a brilliant holiday.

I thought the room was clean and spacious. The TV didn’t work though as the WiFi was weak. Also didn’t like that you have to pay to use the safe and that you had to put a deposit down for the pool towels.

Quiet, friendly hotel within a 5 minute walk of the beach or town centre. Food quality was good with plenty of choice both at breakfast and evening meal - recommended

Staff very friendly food spot on location great

We stayed as 3 friends in our 20s/30s. The room was a great size for 3 adults. Everything was very clean, service was prompt, reception staff were very helpful. The pool area was very nice, LOTS of beds for everyone, and access not allowed to the pool until 9ish, so nobody is allowed to go claim beds, which is great. BUT the pool area is deathly quiet. No music or atmosphere whatsoever- which may be to some peoples taste- a heads up to anyone who it isnt for. Thankfully we had brought a small speaker and could find a corner to play our own music quietly. Would recommend that the pool bar plays music to inject some liveliness to the place. Aqua aerobics instructors lacked any sort of enthusiasm or energy, but nice to have some activities to do. Spa was so nice, worth doing the water experience. Buffet breakfast was great, lots of choice. Same for dinner, it changed cuisine every night. Would stay again.

Fabulous hotel and upgrade was fantastic. I’d recommend to anyone for a peaceful, adult only relaxing holiday in beautiful Corralejo.

Nice hotel with good facilties. Food was varied and good. Only downside was that we found the staff behind the bar were quite rude and not very helpful.

We loved our stay here! It was incredibly convenient, quiet, and had all of the amenities needed for a sun holiday! The only thing we didn’t realize before arriving is that pool towels require a €20 deposit per towel. This must be in cash, so be sure to arrive with cash or bring your ATM card if you need a pool towel.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and facilities very good in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Very good nightly live entertainment added good vibes, bringing the guests together. As vegans despite advance notice and again on arrival we had to ask at every breakfast for soya yoghurts as these are not put out as choice for all residents who may prefer non dairy and again ask at every evening meal what was suitable to eat that did not contain animal products as they only had a vegetarian buffet stand however the choice was good and chefs Carlos and Juan Pablo were exceptionally helpful and after showing us round the buffet also cooked special meals for us to suit our requirements which tasted delicious. A very special thank you to these guys for being so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The spa and massage experience was amazing and a must if staying here, thank you Lisa for your beautiful welcoming smiles this just made the stay even better. Overall a lovely stay but communication needed to meet your specific needs such as double bed, sunny balcony and food specifics.

It was a great stay in a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was good but felt evening meals were a little bit "samey"
