Room was well maintained and clean For some reason the alarm went off every night at 10 30

The room was clean and quiet. A coffee maker would have been nice.

Always a safe bet for a good price. Not fancy, but clean and safe.

Wasnt the nicest

A room mix up was quickly & easily resolved by desk staff. No coffeemaker in room (there seemed to be a public one on the main floor, but we were not told we could use it) and vending / ice machine were not on our floor. Room was clean. Bathroom sink plunger was broken, making the sink full but was removable by hand and drained.

Update needed.

Unfortunately our room was quite dirty, (both beds, shower, fridge did not work)…. We did not stay and changed hotels. The manager on site was very apologetic and did refund our room completely.

The place is very good although there is a little cigarette smell I imagine that some other people smoke inside the rooms but the place is incredible it is clean the people at the reception are nice they are very respectful and above all it is very safe the area I loved this place too

Bed was comfortable & staff was friendly

Cold water shower first morning. There was hot water later that day and the next morning. Another traveller with me got double billed. It was worked out but did delay her day by about 20 minutes. Rooms were basic but fine. Microwave and fridge in my room both worked fine.

It was clean, in a convinient area and the staff was friendly. The tv didnt work but we were only there the night so it didnt matter

Staff was great. The only thing different i would do is make sure the parking lot is more clear other than that i had no complaints. Love staying here when i come up.

There was people above us that stayed up late, and was up early in the morning, making a lot of noises and was stomping feet etc, a older gentleman also was complaining about not being able to sleep

No security latch on the door despite the sign above it telling me to engage it, wifi sporadic, flashing light over main entrance all night, dirty
