It is dated. The shower floor was dirty. The bed mattress needs to be replaced.

The lobby and breakfast areas were very nice and clean. The free breakfast was very good with a good variety. We especially enjoyed the shredded chicken and flour tortillas with scrambled eggs. The room was nice and roomy. We were given plenty towels and toiletries. The bed linens and pillows were substandard though. The pillows were old and mushy. The sheets did not fit the bed at all and were obviously old and worn. I did request and receive a couple new pillows but those were also very mushy. The staff was very friendly.

Location was great. Had alot of bugs in the room and it wasn’t very clean unfortunately

The hotel is located in walking distance of the CHI Medical Center. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. They offer your typical hotel breakfast and it’s very secured in the evenings.

The room was filthy. We had to be moved to another room. We have a one year old daughter and she was so filthy after crawling around for 10 minutes. The dishes still had wet ranch dressing on them in the cabinets. This was not what we come to expect.

This was an excellent spot for our family for a quick weekend getaway! Having the living space was huge for us while the baby slept in the bedroom. Upon arrival the A/C was not working in the living room, and within minutes a employee of the hotel was there and got it back up and working very quickly.

Some hair was found in the bed. Hair was in the bathroom and on the soap dispensers in the shower. I know it's minor but having to wipe up previous guests' hair isn't enjoyable.

Need better AC. The rooms are too big for a wall unit, it was very warm even trying to blast that wall unit ac
