The front desk staff is very welcoming and represents the hotel professionally. I appreciated the express check-out option, where your invoice is slid under your door the night before checkout.

Hotel overall was very clean and nicely maintained. The staff were very nice. I liked that it was pet friendly, and they had treats for the pets. Unfortunately, there was no dedicated pet potty area on the property. Being downtown, grassy spots were hard to find, so it would be nice if a dedicated spot could be added somewhere.

Nice clean property with spacious rooms. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Good selection to choose from for breakfast as well. Would definitely stay here again.

I think it’s time for a carpet refresh! Not sure why we pay $20 for parking out in the open parking lot

Large rooms

Lots of unhoused people but if you stay on site or don’t walk anywhere you are fine and won’t be approached.

Spacious

The rooms were large and clean. A tad noisy but that is to be expected when you are right down town. An easy walk to the Casino. Close drive to the Government building area and park which is beautiful. Excellent breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was there was a funny smell in the hallway. Not in the rooms, thank goodness!

The staff was friendly and very helpful we had an issue with our t.v. And phone they try to correct it and when they couldn’t the gave us a up grade and different room .We have stayed here quite often and always had good service. They have a really good breakfast.

We went to a show at the Casino across the street. The location was perfect. The rooms and building were clean. Nice breakfast.

This hotel could definitely use some updates. Paint needs redoing, rust in the tub, broken pieces on air-conditioning and a mediocre breakfast. Asked for a receipt when i was leaving and was refused! Staff said " you booked with a third party so you have to get it from them!" Dont plan to stay here again!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms are fairly clean and stocked appropriately. Only downfall we found is no USB outlets if you happen to forget a charger. Otherwise, a hassle free enjoyable stay.

Close to casino, downtown and shuttle to football stadium

(+) Good for the price. Friendly staff, conevenient location, great hot breakfast that had multiple options. We stayed 4 nights and breakfast had different options every day. Bed linens were clean and of good quality. (-) Wish the metresses (room #218) were more comfortable. Unfortunately the bed springs were hitting our backs, that prevented us from having a good night sleep.
