Check-in correct, chambre ok machine pour le chauffage TRÈS bruyante

Tout a été correct

Pas de papier de toilette, ni mouchoir, manette TV brisée.

Personnel accueillant et la chambre est très propre.

Quelques difficultés avec les cartes de chambre (fonctionne/fonctionne plus). Sinon dans l'ensemble c'était bien.

Options déjeuner et café pourraient être améliorées. Tout le reste parfait

Suite spacieuse et propre. Grand bain tourbillon face à la télévision. Foyer décevant car difficile à trouver le fonctionnement (3 boutons!) et ne projette aucune lumière. Personnel courtois. Déjeuner bien, mais très simple.

Came to St-Sauveur to spend the weekend. Stayed at this hotel and it was a bad decision. Rooms were dusty. Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, we even found food crumbs on one of the beds. The room above us was so noisy all night with kids jumping and screaming till 2am and then again at 7am. I had to call front desk multiple times and nothing was done !! The morning staff was so rude and had to beg the receptionist to tell them to stop. Also hot tub fits very small and jets don’t work. Definitely the last time I’ll be staying here. Disappointed for the amount $ we paid, I expected better way better than this !!

La chambre était propre. Le lit etait confortable.Toutefois c'est du tapis. Le dejeuner est inclus et offre un bon choix: rôties, bagels, oeufs a la coque salade de fruits, céréale, yogourt. L'endroit est bien situé et facile d'accès

Staff support was lacking. When we checked in they said the from was cancelled and had to pay More. Room was never cleaned and when I Asked for extra towels they had none

La chambre était très bien, mais malheureusement, mon conjoint sais faite mal à la piscine dans la glissade…et le déjeuner êtes basique…. Je m’attendais à mieux…

Propre et personnel accueillant Seule chose bouton minuterie du spa manquant donc impossible de partire les jets.
