Excelente servicio!

Excellent experience at this beautiful hotel! We were less than 5 minute walk from La Parroquia. The staff is wonderful! They messaged me about everything and were super helpful with everything. I look forward to visiting again.

El hitel es muy lindo, limpio. La atención de las chicas en recepción y el estacionamiento excelentes. Es muy céntrico. La parte mala es quw no tuvimos agua caliente y el aire acondicionado no bajaba de 22 grados y nos moríamos de calor.

The property is in an area convenient for walking, shopping, and dining. I felt very safe at all times of the day. the apartment has a full kitchen, eating area, living room, bedroom with bath shower. Average quality, but nice. There is an A/C unit in the living room for the whole apartment, which makes the bedroom hot. You can request a fan.

MUY mal servicio por parte de la gerencia

Lastimosamente muy mala experiencia, la habitación todo bonito pero no funcionaba la tina (no salía agua caliente, el tapón no funciona) y aire acondicionado del cuarto tenía fallas y hacía ruido. Trataron de solucionarlo pero no pudieron, tampoco el Gerente tuvo la amabilidad de cambiarme de habitación por los inconvenientes. No valió la pena el precio que pague por el hospedaje

We got the room with the rooftop deck town view (#5) and it was fabulous. Having that lovely private rooftop terraza was one of the best parts of the trip. We had our breakfast (included) brought to us there every morning. The staff was fantastic and helpful setting up activities and reservations. We got 90 min. massages from the spa. They were wonderful and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Excelente ubicación. Estacionamiento perfecto y seguro. Habitación linda, las casas muy bonitas. Limpieza excelente pero por el precio esperaría mejores amenidades de baño, toallas en mejor estado. El desayuno dejó mucho que desear.

The coffee in the morning was awful. They do not have a good coffee machine. No options for a good coffee since they do not have a good coffee machine. They do not offer bread for the breakfast. Omelet- very poor options of ingredients. The room is big and comfortable. In the night a lot of noise from the kitchen till 10.00 p.m.

Definitely the kind service that it has. Wonderful view of the church from the jacuzzi area that blue sky that few times I have seen before.
