The staff was very courteous and professional

Back side door that leads to stairs was always propped open by rocks. It was being propped open for people to get in and out without a key card. DANGEROUS Even after informing one of the hotel staff, nothing was done about it. Tried to close it myself and door frame completely crooked, would not close properly. Rooms outdated and bed frames felt loose, squeaky and mattress felt thinned out and uncomfortable. Towels left alot of lint on your skin after showering as if they were not laundered properly. Tables inside rooms were old and wobbly. TV consoles edges looked scratched and paint coming off. No room service available to at least replace bedsheets and towels. Had to request linens on my own to change bedsheets and replace towels. Customer service was poor, no one was proactive about asking how my stay was going. Will not be staying there again.

Good place to stay, surrounded by restaurants and stores.

The stoppers for the drains were missing from the bathroom and kitchen sink. The curtains were coming off the hooks. There was no hair dryer in the room. Elevator needed cleaning

Our kitchen sink was clogged our whole stay. Bathroom tub was also wobbly. But .. beds were comfy!! And that a must !

Over price. Out dated.

Inexpensive, plain & clean. Nothing fancy. If you just want a place to sleep this is it. It was quiet. Lots of parking. I only had the coffee in the morning.

I definitely would come back and stay again

The room needs repairs door handle to bathroom would come off. Booked queen beds but they are actually full beds. When checking out the person who was working late was not happy when we called to checked out. He actually said im never going to get my work done. But change as he notice l was standing at the counter with my wife. No working ice machine's at a hotel is ridiculous.

The rooms were out dated for the price they charge. No shampoo in the room. This is the first time we when to an hotel that does not offer shampoo. Hard to believe. Positive part of this stay was the staffing is very friendly and nice.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at

Was approached by a drug addict that wanted to start problems with me and said he had a weapon on him Called the front desk to tell them about it and they said it was a customer and pretty much ended the call Concern was disregarded and clerk question my concern not the situation Reservation was for non smoking room and got a room that had a extreme odor tobacco

We needed a place to stay while we had some repairs done to our house. I have not stayed at an Extended Stay before. My next comments are strictly observations: 1) I am aware there are folks who essentially live in the hotel; 2) I personally have not stayed in an Extended Stay; 3) was not provided a check-in packet or received any information regarding housekeeping or trash collection. I understand that this is available on the website, but generally front desk staff ask if you’ve stayed at their hotel before and if not, can give you a quick summary of services. Overall, the hotel fit our needs for temporary lodging.
