Unfortunately, on both days of my stay the water in the room was cold. I contacted the concierge on the first day, who kindly came to the room and confirmed the issue. I was reassured that it would be resolved. However, the same problem occurred again on the second day.
I requested that the matter be escalated to the manager and asked to receive an email confirming that the issue would be investigated and addressed. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response. I followed up with the staff once more, but again no reply was provided.
It is a lovely family hotel, and overall the atmosphere is pleasant. However, it was disappointing to feel that my concerns were not acknowledged or followed up appropriately.
