Super clean, quiet, comfortable. Nice restaurant and interesting fare. I’ve stayed here before and will stay here again!

We arrived early, due to early flight arrival. We asked for an early registration and they did acommodate us around 12pm, instead of 3pm. They charge me $500 pesos, but the room was very old, looking not the quality I expected or shown by the pictures. Later on when we got our second room, that was beautiful and very clean and confy. I was under the inpresion that breakfast was included so we wen to the restaurant and left leaving only a tip after they asked for our room numbers. Then we left on a tour. An hour later I get a call from the receptionist stating that we didn't pay our restaurante bill. I told her that we were on tour and would return by 6pm and then I would immediately go pay. She responded very rudely that the bill needed to be paid by 3pm. I hung up. Then every day we would try to go into our rooms, the keys wouldn't work. The front desk receptionist said it was because our keys were exposed to our phone and that cause the info to be defeleted form the room key. I approached on the of the cleaning ladies and she told me that everyone was having that problem, that the hotel;s key system was not working properly. I din't link the fact that the receptionist tried to me me feel responsible for my room key not working. Other than that location, facilites, except for our first room were excellent.

excelente hotel para ir de trabajo o con la familia, super honestos, por error dejamos una billetera con tarjetas y credenciales y al darnos cuenta en un par de horas, al regresar la tenían en resguardo y en espera de que fuéramos por ella.

El hotel esta muy bien, sus servicios son muy completos y la estancia en general es fabulosa! descanso y comodidad son caracteristicas que distinguen a la propiedad. El Check In es agil y con una atencion esmerada. Solamente sugeriria que procurasen una limpieza mas esperada, las cortinas tienen telarañas y suciedad.

La propiedad es linda, los cuartos son amplios y el restaurante ofrece un buen desayuno. Sin embargo, la habitación que me asignaron tenía dos camas, en lugar de una como la había solicitado y el agua caliente tardaba mucho en salir. El desayuno no está incluído en la tarifa normal

OK for my needs when I’m there. Property is dated, but fits the overall atmosphere of San Cristobal.

It was a pleasure to stay at the Hotel Villa Mercedes. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable—a wonderful restaurant on the premises where we enjoyed dinner and breakfast accompanied by excellent service. The hotel staff was great, although they were unaware of Expedia's VIP access - in any case, they were friendly & accommodating and offered us free drinks. We plan to stay here again.
